Contractors now a days seem to lack perfection when building new homes. Be sure that I secured all the imperfect areas the home builders left open. Very happy to assist you Magda with your raccoon issue. I'm just glad we were able to remove some deck boards to access the hole the raccoon made in your wall. Usually we have to secure all the sides of the deck to keep raccoons out but we look at providing the best and most cost affordable solution to our customers. Hopefully the raccoon has found a new home elsewhere as I mentioned the deck would have to be opened up so we could fully secure the rotten boards under the deck.
