I talked to a couple of other companies and decided on Maple Leaf Garage Doors as Steve seemed the most knowledgeable and flexible with times to stop by. My garage door is at least 17 years old and was difficult to move through the bottom six inches of its run. Steve made some adjustments to the track and quickly got the door moving easy again. He then installed the new opener and took the time to explain its features as they are much more advanced then the old opener. Steve is personable, quick and thorough in his work. After a year and a half of waiting for another contractor to put in a new garage door and install the aluminium capping, I searched on here for someone to do the job and after a few quotes found Steve. The best job ever! Superb craftsmanship! Job was done on the day quoted and in a timely fashion with no mess to clean up afterwards. As far as price goes, you pay for what you get, but is very competitive with the standard prices out there and there is no wheeling and dealing with this guy. Straight up and honest work. Steve gave me a quote on the phone, arrived as scheduled the next morning, explained the problem, reconfirmed the price and fixed the spring quickly. I called Maple Leaf Garage Doors after seeing the high reviews in Homestars. I was not disappointed. They came within a day, diagnosed the problem, and informed me that I would need a new garage door opener. I had previously paid for repeat service calls on the old opener, so I was pretty sure I needed a new one. They did not charge me for their time on this day. They returned the next day with a brand new LiftMaster garage door and installed in about 40 min. I will definitely call them again if I need any service.

I am very satisfied in the manner Steve replaced our garage door and even came back to changed the damaged new panel and cleaned up the scuff marks on the weather seal and a window cut out. I just wish Steve will manage his time better so that he can come within the time period agreed upon.
