The crew did some repair work and paint on the front of our home... Great job guys! The guys were very creative with their ideas to minimize cost to us on some rotten trim work that was impossible to match.

We will have them back for the next paint project without a doubt.

I had contracted Abraxis Painting to perform some interior paint work before the holidays to get the house ready for the in-laws and guests we were expecting for the holidays. It was quite a rush job but I was referred to this company by a colleague of mine that was happy with his job so I figured I would get a quote. It was very easy to set an appointment at my convenience ( 8 pm, Dec 9th, 2015 ). They arrived on time and presented a quotation with 3 prices, surprisingly they did not recommend their most expensive option, I appreciated their honesty. Upon signing the agreement with Raphael we scheduled a day the team would arrive and we can begin. Raphael and his team arrived early and immediately started working. The project which included 2 rooms and a foyer took only 3 days including being swept, cleaned of dust and furniture moved back to its original space. Overall, I was very impressed with the work and look forward to using them in the summer for some exterior work.

When I met Raphael and Eric I was impressed with their professionalism and product knowledge. The work started on the agreed date and together with a third member Chris they completed all the exterior painting and the work on the garage floor (which included surface scrapes, citric acid etch following a full diamond grind, power washes, 2 coats of Macroepoxy and 2 coats of armour seal) within the agreed timeframe and to a high quality finish. Very impressed especially with the work done on the garage floor.

They are young entrepreneurs who are sincere in wanting to do a good job and please their clients. It is rare in this industry to find contractors whom you feel you can trust to do what they said they will do. These gentlemen go the extra mile to please their clients. Strongly recommend them.

We called for several quotes from various companies, and as expected, got various estimates. We had seen some of the work in the area done by the Abraxis team, and the workmanship looked good. We met with the team, and decided to go with Raphael and team.

Despite the extremely wet June, they were able to start and complete the job with a week, and within the expected delivery timelines. Chris, who was going the onsite work, provided updates each day, and pointed out any items which he came across. Excellent communication, and no surprises that way.

The prep work was excellent, with sanding/caulking done prior to all the exterior being primed, and then two coats of high quality paint.

The garage door was also done, and again, all loose paint was removed and cleaned up, and the side entrance door (which was in poor shape), was given extra attention, and not just cleaned up and primed, but also filled with filler to even it out, prior to another primer being applied and two coats of paint. Looks great.

Overall, the work was done on time, no surprises, and exactly on budget, despite the team doing a couple of extra items to ensure the quality was there!

A post walkthrough was also done, which was appreciated.

We would recommend Abraxis, and we will definitely be calling them for our future interior work.

I was very happy with the exterior work performed by Abraxis Painting. They had come in and within 3 days my exterior was painted including replacing a couple of Tudor boards that had rotten beyond saving. The were very easy to work with and made it an extremely simple process. They were very professional and came on time every day. After inspecting the work they performed on my windows i was even more impressed. Each window had been caulked on the panes of the window glass and around the brick. The windows were fully primed and painted twice. The crew leader Raphael was very knowledgeable with what products to use to guarantee longevity as well brought me over to show how they prepare the window for painting. Abraxis definitely surpassed my expectations. They were also not the most expensive quote i had gotten. As a customer of a service business I feel like I got my moneys worth and a bit extra. Thanks guys !

My husband and I had been looking for a high quality painter for quite some time. We were thrilled when we chose Abraxis. We have had bad experiences previously selecting contractors for many of our previous renovation, this time we were in no rush and decided to receive a couple of quotations and only go forward with the project if we found a contractor that was accountable, professional and took the time to sit down and answer all of our questions .Upon meeting with Erik, we have showed him the new woodwork (trim, casements, wainscoting and crown moldings) that we had just recently installed and wanted spray-painted. We had also disclosed our previous experiences with contractors that have left our home in shambles and have caused incidental damages during the work. Erik assured me that everything would be perfect and to be returned in the same condition as before. Upon debut of the project i was introduced to Raphael and the crew. They had definitely discussed the importance of protection from over spray and our concerns about spray painting with our furniture . The total production took 3 days ( we were at my sisters during the reno due to my dust & particulate allergy) . Upon returning I was amazed. Everything was as promised. All our furniture was immaculate , all our floors were not scratched or dinged from step ladders and all the finish work was done very well. We were impressed how uniform the crown molding joints were and the caulking done to the wainscoting. The spray finish was also factory-like. We were very happy with the work and could not feel better about the project. Thanks guys 10/10 , we will use you for our next project for sure!

I hired Abraxis painting to help me get ready to sell my home. Having experience myself in real estate and working with contractors, I have found that Raphael & Erik ( the representatives I had a consultation with) were very knowledgeable and professional. I had interviewed 2 other painting companies before Abraxis ,however both of which were late and gave me very little detail on products or even a prospective date they could do the work. Abraxis made it on time to the estimate and presented me with a very clear and descriptive package including products and colors that would look best along with the nearest start date.Although they were the most expensive, I was not looking for the cheapest quote either but best value option. Upon start of the project , the crew was very clean and professional.They helped me move some heavier furniture that was remaining along with other minor miscellaneous repairs around the exterior. The floor and furniture was covered and much of the wall damage had disappeared . When the crew was done, all the furniture was moved back and everything was cleaned up. I was very happy with the cleanliness and overall speed of the project. Thank you for the great job!

After interviewing several companies I hired Abraxis in February to do interior painting based on their professionalism, guarantee to return for touch ups and promise they would be the ones doing the painting.

Once the initial job was underway I was impressed with their presentation, professionalism and dedication to getting it right. However, after 2 months of waiting on their promised touch-ups on missed areas and clean-up of spilled paint (all avoidable by experienced painters) AND sending a belligerent staff who yelled at us and hung up on us after he cancelled the final visit with 2 hours’ notice, they have abandoned the job.

We paid in full the agreed upon rate and are now required to hire professional interior painters.

I have no doubt that these guys do a great exterior job but they are inexperienced with it comes to interior painting where details matter.

As a gesture for not charging me for an accent wall they asked if I would submit a review to this website – to which I agreed during the initial painting expecting the job to meet my satisfaction and be completed in full. When they told me they are abandoning the job I told them, as promised, I would submit my review. In response they threatened to submit bad reviews on our business in retaliation to our honest feedback of our experience.

Be warned. Know what you are getting into.

Raphael and team have done an excellent painting job for inside of my house. I have contracted them to do some paint work in the foyer, living room, dining room and some wall repairs in basement. They provided much information and helped with choosing colors. I am very happy with the job. They are very quick, professional with good price. I will use again.
