We were lucky enough not to endure a bidding war on a home so we definitely opted for an inspection. It just happens Tony is the most professional, meticulous inspector we've ever worked with in buying a home (between the two of us, this is #5, so we have some experience). Aside from noting any small things that could add a measure of safety for our little one, and explaining some important maintenance to ensure long life from the systems in the home, Tony's keen eye and high-tech equipment caught a potentially costly problem. Turns out the seller is working with us to fix the issue.
We couldn't be happier and would recommend his service to anyone buying a home.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Tony is very knowledgeable, professional and was able to communicate to us with out using to much technical terms that we would not understand. The report we received was very comprehensive.

We are incredibly impressed with Tony's overall service! My spouse and I were only in town for a week to secure a home and Tony made this possible by making himself available for a pre-home inspection. Tony went above and beyond by scheduling us in despite us giving only a 50/50 chance of a confirmed date and time as we were waiting approval to gain access to the home. Other companies we called were unable to commit to us, for good reasons. Prior to inspection date, Tony emailed us a copy of the National Standards of Practice to give us some education on what are the guidelines/protocols/practises. We found this to be quite helpful. For the inspection, Tony arrived early and had a punctual start. He was very thorough and even took the time to go over the critical items with my spouse. Post inspection report, including clear photo and videos came within 24hrs. Tony also made himself available for questions and queries we had and even gave us an over the phone summary of items on the report he felt we would likely have questions about. His report was detailed and thorough and also offered several names and contact info of businesses and companies that could provide us assistance on items that needed attention. So far we have used the services of 2 companies he recommended (different services) and are also impressed with the work done so far. Very thorough. Took videos and plenty of photos. Identified multiple issues including one large one that the current owner told me was fixed. Saved me large amounts of money. Lots of advice given also after report. My mother said she's seen three inspectors in the past and none come close to his work. I highly recommend him.

Tony was very thorough and answered all my questions which was very helpful to me especially having never gone through an inspection process before . He encouraged me to stay with him throughout the inspection process so that he could explain what he was checking, why and whether it's a concern.

I had a home inspection done on an older Property which I'm considering buying by Tony. From the start he was very friendly and professional and got to work right away. I'm a business owner myself and have a lot of experience in homes being in the trades industry, so I have a good knowledge of what too look for in homes and how to evaluate their condition. Tony was very thorough with inspection. Small issues like un-insulated washroom exhaust to major issues with roof, all were highlighted in report. Excellent work.
