Kathy, the installer was excellent and the finished product looks great. However, in my case there was a mix up regarding the installation date and I was being charged a 20% penalty. I was sent an email noting the date but we were away on vacation. The sales person was aware of our absence and she should have passed the information on to the office. The installer showed up on the day we were away and because of this they were going to charge me a 20% penalty. So I would recommend that the customer verbally confirms the agreed upon date. Also, pay close attention to item #5 on the contract.

I would say the experience was satisfactory particularly when the original delivery date was changed and I was offered extra offerings attached to my design in lieu.

Kathy was very thorough and meticulous and did a great job. She was very professional and showed complete dedication to the work.

I would suggest one thing which is making the original price reasonable (don't over state at the first place) and then apply a discount which I noticed was kind of not a good pricing tactic. As you can understand that market is really competitive and customer always have bench-marking available.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly and so was the installer. He was professional , tidy and made sure my dog didn't run out the door. The end product is great !

Where do I begin, absolutely amazing job. Guy was outstanding, very professional and worked so hard! Tracy offered ideas and kept everything I wanted and used the space to its best.

Two closets were redesigned and a large bedroom closet was built. A consultant came to our home to work out designs according to our needs. Tracy was very professional and helpful in meeting our needs within our budget. Kathy was our installer and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Our closets are done beautifully and we are pleased with the entire project.

Everything was done in a neat and orderly fashion. Rosanna came to provide the quote, and was able to get a price very close to our expectations. Kathy came to complete the install. She was very organized, clean, and professional. She customized the shelving to fit our needs. Needless to say my wife is very happy about all the shelving she has for her shoes.

3 closets done, 1 was measured incorrectly but was expertly fixed by the technician... so impressive!
Sales Rep was on time and very accurate. Loved she had samples with her to show us the finished product as we have zero understanding of closets and/or design. The installer was also super friendly and very professional. I will definitely deal with this company again...

Kathy did an amazing job! I'm so in love with my easy, reach in closet. Rasa also did an amazing job when it came to designing the closet that I wanted. I would definitely reccomebt CBD to anyone who is need of a custom closet project.
