They answered my call very quickly and came out for a consultation the next day. They called back that same day and made an appointment for the following day so everything was done within 2 days of me contacting them. $120/hour but great fast reliable service. The electrician was very friendly. He installed an electrical outlet and HDMI outlet behind my flat screen tv which is mounted above our fireplace. Then he fished the wires down and across through the wall to another HDMI outlet that he installed. Now our 60" flat screen looks amazing with all the wires hidden. Couldn't have asked for a better job!

No problem booking an appointment. Showed up on time. Put booties on work boots. Listened to what I had to say. Professional opinions offered. Price up front. Completed the work timely and neatly. Professional Electrical were able to help me complete much needed electrical updates to my older home. The crew spent hours changing the power line to the house, installing new smoke detectors and modernizing the electrical wiring in the whole basement. The staff were thorough, and friendly. I attempted to install lighting but the breaker box tripped. oops....So I called and they were able to get someone out to trouble shoot within a few hours. Great service!

The power was off in part of my house for no discernible reason - that is, the breaker was not off. The electrician came and did a very logical thorough diagnostic to figure out what was causing the outage. It was very surprising source - a badly wired light fixture in a room that was not affected by the outage! He took down the heavy fan/light fixture and corrected the wiring. He also changed a light bulb in another difficult to access fixture.During the diagnostic he noted some safety concerns ( ungrounded outlets and reverse polarities) so that I can now proceed with some routine maintenance. I will use Professional electrical again to do a complete safety check and improvements.

Allan did a very thorough inspection of the electrical in my house, give him a five out of five. Would I recommend the company to friends or family for this service, yes.
