We hired MoveOttawa for a last minute move on April 2nd,2017. We got an instant quote from customer service and then a follow up call from Joey to confirm everything. The next day Ali, Jeff and Frank arrived on time. They were young and energetic. Very nice bunch of guys. Thank you for amazing service!

We hire MoveOttawa to load a 16 feet pods and they quoted us $90/hr with two movers with a 4 hours min. The movers arrived on time, were very friendly and had excellent knowledge of wrapping and packing furniture. The job was finished in the minimum 4 hours. Very satisfied

Great service and punctual, movers showed up on time even thought I wasn't ready for some of my stuff. They helped me disassemble bulky items and wrapped all fragile/glass items in blankets. Will definitely hire them again once we move out. Thank you Sam & Joey.

A very small truck was sent. they surprised us after the delivery that they don't assemble. All the screws for the beds lost. Still trying to find screws for the dresser in my room. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Moe is very friendly and polite on the phone and his moving crew - Joey & others are very polite & friendly as well. However, being nice & friendly just isn't enough always. We hired this company for a small move within Ottawa. The move was ok but they didn't plan things properly. They had to leave bunch of stuff at our old home as the truck was too small. On top of that, they were not able to dismantle an expensive treadmill to facilitate moving it into our new home (although they reassured numerous times that it would NOT BE A PROBLEM AT ALL!). As a result we have a $1500 Treadmill sitting in the garage. We were super polite with the crew; bought lunch for them; even tipped them generously after the move was completed but next day when we saw: some expensive furnitures scratched up, hardwood floor damaged and called them to come take a look, they started giving us run around. After numerous calls and emails Moe agreed to send somebody over to assess the damage BUT they never showed up!! Called them again but they don't answer. These guys are not gonna be in business for long, that's for sure. This is not the way to get big in any business.
