I had a major leak in my roof right at the start of winter and further investigation revealed significant mold presence on the wood below. It was a very tight time frame before the snowfall. Shay and his team were excellent from the start - they took their time to evaluate the problem and gave me options for how to fix it. They were quick to respond, respectful of neighbors, and kept the site clean at all times. Mid-way through the renovation during a massive wind storm I could hear a tarp flapping and was concerned it was loose, they had someone show up within two hours to check. True professionals who know their trade, this job was perfection from start to finish!

This company did a very nice, and efficient job replacing all of the exterior aluminum (soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts) on our house. Looks great! Cory was friendly in providing the estimate, was quick to respond to questions by email. Gimmie who did the work was also great. Efficient and responsive when talking through options of how things would be done. I'd give them 95/100 overall only because post job clean-up was a little below the high quality of everything. They did do most of the clean-up work, but left maybe 15-20 minutes of picking up aluminum scraps to me.

I can’t say enough about the professional job that was completed on my house. Shawn and his team arrived on the day and time agreed to. The team worked efficiently and constantly through out the time they were here. Shawn even went the extra mile to identify and solve an issue with an improperly vented bathroom for me. The site was left spotless. I would highly recommend them and you can be sure I will be telling my friends and family about this company and this team of professionals.

Professional from start to finish. Work clearly explained up front. Shawn, the crew lead, kept us informed of progress. Plants and patio furniture protected with tarps/plywood. Roofers cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the job at the indicated time. Highly recommended.

Great job from start to finish. Had Ken on my roof within a couple hours of clinching the deal to fix some emergency spots. Now that's service. Shawn our project manager was super. We contracted Integrity Roofers in October to replace our flat roof. The flat roof needed to be tied into: 1) sloping shingled roof, 2) a dormer; and 3) neighbour's roof with different system (tar and gravel). Because it was late in the season we had difficulty getting companies to return our calls for the work. However, Integrity Roofers responded to our query and was available immediately to come look at the roof. The quote was very reasonable given what was required. The Team (Vincent and crew) did an amazing job. There were a few things that were added to the job as they went along - insulation and replacement of the shingles on sloping roof because there were three layers of old shingles. At each juncture, Integrity Roofers communicated with us on what the issues were and provided details on what would be required. The tie-in with the adjoining roof was tricky and they did a really great job with that. The team paid attention to detail and was very meticulous in their work. We are VERY pleased with our new roof and the quality of the work done by Integrity Roofers. We highly recommend them.

Integrity Roofers just finished doing our roof and aluminum, and I can't thank them enough for the quality of their work. From quotation to completion it was an outstanding experience. Cory was terrific, answering questions and providing sound advice. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend this company because they responded promptly to my inquiry and I was provided an estimate very quickly. The big surprise was that there was not additional charges after the work was completed. The work was completed in about half a day, they cleaned up the mess.
