Vacuumville

After reading positive reviews on homestars, I called Julian on a long weekend regarding our broken central vac. He came the next day (was extremely accommodating with my ever changing availability) and was truly fantastic to work with. Julian is knowledgable, very experienced, wonderful with people and extremely service oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend Vacuumville to my good friends/family. Amazing service! I called Vacuumville in the morning and Julian was able to come by that same day! He fixed 4 broken outlets, cleaned and updated the filter system in our older unit quickly, helping to increase it's life and suction power. Excellent customer experience - wish more companies operated this way!

Julian installed the orbit central vac and had to drop pipes in the basement. He did 2 drops as we had no outlets and did a clean install. He gave us 2 hoses. One for each floor. Definitely worth every penny. Clean install and we enjoyed working with him. Will use him again

One word that best describes Julian is responsive. I phoned his company after reviewing Homestars and told him what I needed. He suggested a unit to replace my old Vacu-Queen (which was from the time of the dinosaurs). He replaced it the next day and explained the essentials to me. Highly recommended.

Julian responded to my email the same evening, and was here within hours of first speaking to him. He was very friendly, knowledgable, fast and replaced my old central vac with an updated model which I'm very happy with. His work was clean and professional and he provided me with a quote before his work, and a great deal of advice. The cost included unplugging a blocked receptacle, a new Electrolux system and a brush head for my carpets. I will definitely be calling him for maintenance on my new system and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you Julian!

It has been 10 years since our renovation and the central vacuum motor burned out. Julian was at our house the day I called him and replaced the old unit with a much better one. He also added a connection in the basement that the builder did not put in. He did a fabulous job in an extremely diligent manner and explained everything clearly. He was very helpful and trustworthy. I recommend him most highly for your central vac needs!
