DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!. or BEWARE the cleaners you get. WATCH THEM!!! Cleanify has excellent salespeople...they really know how to sell you on how wonderful Cleanify is BUT I can tell you that Cleanify can't deliver..not even close .I got 2 very poor cleaners .It was even hard to convey to these cleaners what needed doing as one did not speak English at all and the other very little. Also, Cleanify has poor customer service. After the bad cleaning job I received I did not get any customer service response via the phone or internet when I tried to complain.. (took me 6 days to get a hold of someone) Where do I begin with my bad experience?... The cleaners showed up late then one of them left for an hour to get some slippers. I was assured by Cleanify that the cleaners would have all equipment and cleaning products to clean the place but they did not even have a vacuum.. This palce I was moving into had previously had 2 cats. They tried to "sweep" the cat hair up..(.really?)... then mopped the floor and swirled the cat hair around. Cat hair still there ...of course!! When I complained to Cleanify that the Cleaners didn't even have a step ladder to reach any high cupboards or shelves I was told they can't have step ladders (not allowed) so they don't clean where they can't reach. (really?) (news to me..I was not told this) No window sills or baseboards done..no soap and water used except for that poor attempt on the floor. I tried calling Cleanify the very next day but didn't get anyone on the line for 6 days so I ended up cleaning the place myself. When I did reach "Tracy" she gave me a free cleaning for my troubles. She seemed sympathetic at first but that didn't last long... I wanted a refund at best or partial refund as it was now to late to send anyone out (the place has now been cleaned by me after 6 days of not hearing back from them) but forget that ..It's not going to happen. She became quite "curt" with me and interrupted me repeatedly (rude) when I was explaining my situation... her attitute screemed:not interested and don't care. Yes, I'll be taking that free cleaning because Cleanify is not getting away with my hard earned $140.00 but next time I'll be watching the cleaners closely and then I'll throw away the number to "Cleanify" FOREVER and the only time I'll will ever talk about them is to let people know about my personal experience.

My mom really needed some help around the house, she is getting a bit older and cannot do the regular maintenance all so well any longer.

I purchased a weekly cleaning for her and the Cleanify service could not have gone smoother.

I did not have to pay cash/check, we received confirmations and such by email & text, and the ladies that came out were top notch. My mom has used them for a few months now and the service level is consistent with the same ladies every time.

I called Cleanify to do a move-out cleaning. Booking was quick and easy--next day in fact. Vita and another cleaner showed up on time, brought their own products, followed a checklist, and did a great job. The price was also much better than what other cleaners quoted. I just paid a flat rate with a credit card when I booked. I liked that Cleanify asked me to review the service afterward. I'll certainly call them next time I need cleaning.

I replied online to make an appointment. Their main dispatch phoned me back within the hour to get the fine details. Vita, the women that was to arrive at my house phoned the day before the appointment to confirm that everything was still going ahead as planned. Vita arrived on time and was able to manouvre around myself and my dad installing electrical fixtures. She was able to clean the house and stay out of the way. I was unfortunately behind in my reno's getting ready for a large gathering. She did a great job.

DO NOT USE THIS company. I did and SO regret using them. The cleaners did not clean the floors, baseboards completely or even one of the toilet seats. There were muddy foot prints left on the bathroom floor. The guarantee did not work for me.

Cleanify was awesome! They came and picked up my keys from my office, did the clean, and dropped them off when they were done. I was a little worried as I had never used them and couldnt get the time off to be home but when i got home everything was fresh and clean. My land lord had no issues and i got my whole deposit back. Would definitely book again.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Cleanify. I have used the same subcontractor for 6 months now and they do an awesome job! I would definitely recommend Cleanify.

I booked with Cleanify based on a recommendation and am surprised by the other reviews. It was easy to book, to get a cleaner that showed up on time and did a great job. My favourite part now on Wednesdays are coming home from work to a clean place!

Last weekend I used Cleanify to clean my condo for my new renter. I paid $230 for a deep move out clean. I scheduled them for Saturday evening and they charge ahead of time. They called and asked me to reschedule for Sunday (even though I couldn't reschedule if I needed to). I let them change the appointment but I had to leave for work in Fort McMurray before they finished cleaning. They said I had to sign their form saying I was satisfied with a the job if I wanted to leave. I signed it as I had to go and needed the non-refundable job done. They said they would lock the handle of the front door on the way out.

I had my sister check the condo the next day for me. The front door was left unlocked and the patio door that they opened was left wide open. The floors were untouched and that was part of the cleaning package. The rest wasn't done to deep clean standards by any means but I'm not concerned about that. I have tried calling them several times a day this whole week. I have left messages on each line (the booking line, the existing appointment line, etc) asking for a call back to address my concerns. I have not received a call back or had a call answered. The website states that my satisfaction is guaranteed but I remain unsatiafied.
