The team that cleaned my house was amazing!! They did such a
fantastic job!! I would definitely recommend Cleanify and think they were just excellent and made my move out easier!

I have dealt with a few cleaning companies in the recent past, but Cleanify is one of the worst. I was given a quote of $299 plus tax for a full cleaning, which I was told meant the cleaners are there until the place is clean. ETA for the cleaners was between 11:00 and 12:00 - they arrived at 12:45 without a call. My son's TV was not cleaned, his bed was not made, sheets were left unfolded, there were dishes in the sink, the area rug in the living room was not moved for proper floor cleaning, nothing was swept/cleaned under our bed, or under ANY counter in either bathroom. The walls were not spot cleaned as promised. None of the towels in the bathroom were hung up. Included in the quote was cleaning of the fridge and the stove. The stove was wonderfully cleaned but they were "unable" to clean the fridge because it was full of food. Had they told me to empty the fridge first, I would have done so. The dusting was minimal at best. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience.

I booked and paid for a move out of a senior's apt. 6:30 pm night before I get a call and email " our crew has a emergency and has to cancel"! We have no one else available. Sorry! This put scheduled inspection, painters and me scrambling. Then after I am told next day a refund will take 7 to 10 days! I was very angry after much complaining I am told my money will be returned today. Won't be using this service again. A complete crew should not be related and backs ups available.

This is a follow up to a review for Cleanify Toronto.
After writing a very negative review the people of Cleanify have written me several emails saying untrue things, example "there are nails on the stairs so they couldn't vacuum." Everything has been very unpleasant with Cleanify, even their follow up leaves you feeling dirty.

Easy to book - the only good thing. Not on time, cleaners fought loudly with each other, their equipment was old and dirty and they did not clean very much, baseboards and bannisters completely ignored. And it was very expensive, over $600 with tax.
Was told there would be follow up, once they have your money very hard to get hold of them. No one is returning calls or answering emails. Avoid this company.

We booked a move out clean with Cleanify in Calgary. The initial customer service was great. Quick and easy to book at a decent price.

Then things started to go downhill.

The cleaner called me to let me know that her car broke down and she couldn't make the appointment (she had tried to get a hold of Cleanify directly but they did not answer her call). This was understandable but incredibly annoying considering the house had to be move out ready in time for the new owner.

After getting a hold of Cleanify, I was able to book the same cleaner to come in the following morning first thing. The cleaner told me on more than one occasion that she was a sub-contractor and had not been provided with all the information she needed.

That evening I went back to the house to check over the job. I was astounded. She did not clean out the fridge, did not vacuum/sweep the floors, did not clean the kitchen sink, and actually left garbage in the house. I called to complain and was told they had no one else to send on such short notice to fix the job. Seeing as the new homeowner was due to arrive in two days.

So, not only did I have to go back with all my own cleaning supplies and finish the job, I had to clean up after the cleaners.

When I called to complain (and sent them pictures). They offered me half off the price of the clean because "someone did come". I accepted the offer for no other reason than to be done with the whole process.

After a few weeks the 1/2 refund still had not appeared on my card. I had to email them, again, to get Cleanify to finally process my refund.

All around an absolutely terrible experience. Please save yourself the time and money and go with another company.

I have never written a negative review on Homestars in my life and have worked with cleaning companies all my adult life. Our mom passed away recently. She was a smoker. We hired Cleanify to clean our mom`s 500 sq foot, one bedroom condo for $400+tax (4 times what I pay to clean my 1700 sq foot home). Avoid this company like the plague everyone! They promised us they would bring everything they needed, including a chemical to clean the tobacco smell/stains off the walls. They subcontracted to a completely unprofessional company/cleaners who brought nothing (no mop, no vacuum, no cleansers, nothing), took the 20 bottles of cleaning products and paper towels that my mom had there, and did not bring the chemical required to clean the tobacco off the walls. We were so sad to have hired this sorry bunch at such a difficult time. Cleaners are supposed to make our lives easier, not brutal! Do not use these guys at any cost. We have tried to resolve with them and they ignore us. We have been in touch with our credit card co and they will thankfully dispute this for us on Aug 27. Cleanify is the worst. AB

Cleaners did not do all of the jobs requested, broke a picture and cleaned stainless steel appliance with something corrosive. Also left behind cleaning supplies and gloves that my 3 year old son found. I have called and emailed the company with absolutely no response.

Do not use this company!!! The staff they employed to clean my house where confused as to what needed to be cleaned how. i had told cleanify to clean the entire house. A complete waste of money and SO AGGRAVATING. Do not use cleanify

Waste of money, their idea of clean is sub par, they do half the job. I had them come back to fix the first clean and they still didn't do a good job. My place was fairly clean before they even came to do a move-in clean but they still couldn't be bothered to open up the bathroom draws and clean the hair out!?!? Just a lazy cleaning company in my opinion. They need better staff or better training cause their maids now don't take pride in their work. If I'm spending close to $500 on a cleaning I expect my place to be spotless. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
