I reached out and got quotes from several contractors to patch my stucco where a old man door was removed. My stucco is circa 1950's so very hard to match. All contractors with the exception of Dave said they had to spray on stucco and that it would still be a visible patch even after paining. Dave was not only the most reasonably priced quote but he was the only one who knew that the stucco had to be hand do e in order to match the vintage ha d done stucco. He and his team did a great job!

I think our job was fairly small but Dave and his team didn’t treat our project as such. His entire team gave it fair attention and were at our house both days by 830 am ready to go. When they came across a few unexpected things on the job they didn’t miss a beat and worked through them without complaint.

When it came time to paint we had an issue with paint matching as one side of my house gets more sun than the other and hence had faded differently. Once again, Dave and team didn’t miss a beat and figured out a reasonable solution, communicated it to me and the outcome is great.

Dave at NextGen Stucco was great! Provided a professional quote, which was executed on budget and on time with no issues. The repair was to the chimney that had damage around the top cap resulting in stucco peeling off. Dave removed all damage stucco and repaired the area. He also repaired the chimney cap. Overall, the chimney looks great and I would highly recommend NextGen Stucco for any Stucco repair job.

Next gen repaired 7 holes caused by a determined woodpecker, filled in 2 larger holes left from a renovated intercom system and refinished the stucco around a renovated and enlarged front entrance. The work was done quickly and proper cleanup was done on completion. The existing exterior color was matched perfectly. We are very satisfied with the finished product.

Dave and crew from Next Generation Stucco did a great job matching the stucco colour and application style. The were quick, clean and professional, covered all repair items, touched up a few spots they noticed that I had missed and even washed down my roof gutter because they noticed it was plugged. They did all their work for what they had quite reasonably quoted. Great service and good guys to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
