Philip was very prompt in taking my call and then promising to call me back later that day which he did. He came by the very next day to do the work. He showed me what the issues were and why I was having drainage problems. He was honest and forthright and I never felt he was trying to rip me off. He was great to work with. I was very impressed with him and his team.

Philip was at my home today with one of his crew and they did a terrific job cleaning our windows inside and out. He was prompt to respond to my initial query through HomeStars to provide a quotation and book an appointment. He confirmed the appointment yesterday and arrived promptly today. It was a pleasure and I look forward to hiring him again in the future for window cleaning and other home services.

I have been using Philip and his team for about 8 years now for window and eaves trough cleaning and continually recommend him ! He and his crew are very professional, and always arrive on time, and do a great job. It's been a over a year since PMT repaired our eaves troughs and made changes to help with better drainage. We had been getting water in our basement from both heavy rainfall and from snow melt. Waterproofing quotes were extremely expensive. We'd already had our waves troughs repaired once (unsuccessfully) but we decided to try again. Best $750 spent in the house. I am reviewing now because I was just thinking about the fact that we no longer have to check our basement for water every time it rains. The job was done right and now water drains appropriately and well away from our house. We would definitely recommend and use PMT again. They solved our drainage problem and made repairs and changes in a timely and professional manner.

PMT Home Services recently cleaned my eaves troughs. The staff were polite and informative. The eaves troughs had not been cleaned for sometime. PMT not only cleaned them but also refastened one of the troughs that was loose and provided me with good information on the condition of my system for the future. I attend to use them for regular cleaning of my eaves troughs and will be calling them next spring to restrain my deck. I highly recommend them.

From beginning to end I was VERY satisfied with the service from Philip and his team. Phone calls returned, quotes delivered and appointment reminders can be rare these days but Philip delivered. I had an eaves trough leak repaired, a rain barrel downspout installed, a torn fascia repaired and wood trim on my front window painted. The PMT team went above and beyond: explained why the eaves trough leaked, added a winter version for my rain barrel, replaced entire length of fascia and sanded/repaired the wood trim before they gave it THREE protective coats of paint. They even stained the part of my deck that my old rain barrel had left bare. We will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them to you.

Philip and his colleague did a great job. Philip (owner) is on every job and highly responsive on estimates. Great followup before the visit. Professional, polite, personable, took off their shoes in the house. Cleaned both the inside and outside windows and told us we had a grasshopper and bee nests that they removed for us. They know there are many competitors out there and they want to stand out in high quality service and pricing. Great business model!
