We needed to conform to a GTA by-law to disconnect our downspout. However, most solutions created other problems. Our first thoughts were a removable downspout extension, but a Google image search found a zip-hinge solution, which allowed us to mow our grass with a minimum of inconvenience. PMT Home Services gave us a free estimate to disconnect one of our downspouts and encouraged us to apply for an exemption from the city for the other downspout. There was no attempt to up-sell us into a potentially dangerous (tripping and ice hazard) solution for this second downspout. Totally appreciated!

Also, we needed to ensure our eaves troughs and downspouts were not obstructed, so we contracted PMT Home Services for a thorough cleaning service.

Some other things we appreciated…
1. Philip was able to match our beige downspout extension - not something I could do at Rona, Lowes, or Home Depot!
2. There was constant communication - my definition of service - about when the estimate and the installation services would happen! This became most important when a supply problem manifested itself into a delay of the installation service.

Philip and his team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my mom's windows inside & out. His friendly & professional team wasted no time when they arrived and made sure every window was thoroughly cleaned. They took extra care when working around our inside furniture & outside bushes & Philip even cleaned the glass panes on our backyard lantern. Philip and Malcolm arrived on time and started work immediately.
One cleaned the windows inside, the other outside. Phil was very detail oriented. He noticed I needed a special cleaner to remove build up on the outside windows and he made sure that was used.
They took their time and did an excellent job, cleaning the windows and screens. They even made sure the garage door windows were clean! I am completely happy with my sparkling clean windows and would highly recommend PMT Home Services.

They showed up at the agreed-upon time. Very efficiently and completed in a timely fashion. Thorough work and would definitely call them again. I highly recommend their work for anyone who wants their windows clean.

This was my 2nd year using PMT. Phil and his guys arrived right on time. They were all very friendly and very efficient. They cleaned the inside/outside and all the screens, as well as cleaning the gunk around the sills.
I'm very picky, and when I pointed out a couple spots on the windows that I wanted re-done, Phil was happy to comply.

Phil and his team arrived early! (After checking with me that this would be OK.) They worked very quickly, while doing a thorough job of not only cleaning the windows but also washing down the screens and removing all the crud from the window frames.
