I contracted Phillip of PMT Home Services to clean the gutters and windows of my Vaughan-based home. Phillip and his crew of four arrived on time for their scheduled appointment and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work in the time quoted. They were communicative, friendly and efficient, leaving the refuse from the gutters bagged for garbage pickup. No-hassle experience. Happy to recommend.

Had some broken brackets on my eavestroughs - it’s very hard to find someone to come our for such a small job. But PMT came out quickly and had the repair done in no time. They also pointed out some problems with some flashing.

Contacted Phillip via homestars on one day, and Philipp was able to do the job the following morning. He was on time and did a great job. We'll be hiring him to do regular maintenance going forward.

Phil and his crew did an excellent job of both the windows and the gutters. They cleaned up any spillage from the gutters and left everything spotless. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

My down spout blew off in a wind storm. I left a message for PMT on the HomeStars website and got a call from Philip within the hour. On the phone Philip was personable and factual. Within a couple of days he completed an excellent repair of the downspout. And then it poured cats and dogs! Timing is everything. I am very happy.

Philip did a great job in replacing our downspout. When doing the initial inspection he laid out exactly what he was going to do, and made it easy to understand his process.

Needed immediate fascia repair, damaged due to the wind storm. Though it was not a big job, PMT was able to come out right away (next day) and repair the damage, when most other companies were 'too busy' or had a high flat rate for smaller jobs. Very professional and accommodating.
