We used this company for our place two years ago and with our discovery of numerous issues (as we are selling) have gone elsewhere.

While we finished up we had some touch up but our bathroom started showing streaks thereafter. My current painters tell me this was due to the wrong paint. Yet we were charged $500 to paint this room. At the time we complied and have since regretted.

The way in which the above issue was handled was poorly done.

We decided to not leave a review then but during the course of our prep for sale have uncovered numerous things a “top” company should not have happen. Hence our feeling overcharged and taken advantage of here.

This was a big job (>3000 square foot house) that had needed doing for a long time. Paul and his crew were superb in every way! They were meticulous, thorough and reliable-- and also a pleasure to work with. The walls and woodwork are beautiful. Paul also helped us choose and match colours that are perfect for our home. The quality of the painting is excellent---we could not be happier!

Paul and Krystian were quick to respond, very affordable, and worked with us to make changes on the fly when we needed to. The did all ceilings, walls, and some trim upstairs. Great job. Thanks guys.

Our experience started out as a positive one, but by the end, we were left with a sour taste in our mouth. We were very happy with the promptness of the start of the job, how quickly things proceeded, and how efficient they were, but by the end of the job, we began to notice that in some rooms, the attention to detail was not there, and the worst part of our experience was that at the end of the job, Paul sold us on a garage floor paint to coat and "increase the longevity of our garage floor". He made it sound like it was a "must have", gave us a hard sell and we went along only to find out it was a pretty much a sham treatment. By 6 months in, half of the paint in the garage floor had peeled off. Left a very bad taste in our mouths that a professional painter would sell us something that was essentially a total waste of money. Unfortunately based on our overall experience, would not recommend this company.

The team at Walls Alive did a fantastic job of both interior and exterior painting at our house. They were professional, prompt, did high quality work and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Paul and Lil sought feedback as the job progressed to be sure we were satisfied and they gave great advice and suggestions. We will certainly use Walls Alive in the future and would be pleased to recommend them!

Overall we were very please with the service. On time, professional and quality work. Had them back a second time within a couple weeks as we could trust their work.

We found Paul's painting company through the BBB website. We contacted him, and were able to quickly set up a consult appointment. Paul was very friendly and was able to give us recommendations for paint colours. We were very impressed with the turn-around time from our initial appointment, until the project was complete!
