I ended up talking with Dan from Lorion because I thought I needed a new sub-panel to add some fireplaces to my house. I was planning on doing most of the work myself, but wanted a professional to deal with the panel. Dan suggested a much more cost effective option and came over to install new slim breakers. Knowing I was planning to DIY the rest of the installation, he offered to talk me through any issues I had. He even returned my text on a Sunday to answer a question. Outstanding and friendly service.

I had a breaker issue and they responded quickly to fix our issue. Excellent customer service, very friendly. They really seem to care about there customers, which is rare to find. Will definitely use again.

Dan was super quick to return my calls and texts.. he showed up the same day I called him.. as my smoke detectors were beeping all night and I needed them fixed immeditaely. He diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me clear directions on which product to pick up from Home depot .. and also had the option open to have him pick up.. He was pleasant to deal with and did not give me a run around. I will definitely be reaching out to Lorion for my future electrical needs around the house. Thanks Dan.

Recently bought a hot tub and was excited to get it up and running. Dan came out to do the estimate and was very thorough and professional. He was able to arrange for an electrician to come out the following day (Saturday) so we could start enjoying the tub right away. Derol showed up Saturday morning right on time and did an excellent job wiring us up. He was neat and courteous, a pleasure to have around. I would certainly recommend Lorion based on the service provided to us.

I needed a trustworthy electrician to help inspect and certify aluminum wiring in a new home. I was initially very pleased with Dan’s responsiveness and flexibility in scheduling. His partner showed up exactly as scheduled on all occasions and the work was done neatly and efficiently. I needed a complete panel replacement and they provided options and made what I felt were honest reccomendations. The prices of the work were very reasonable for what I felt was great quality work. The Lorion team showed up on time and did an amazing job . They were knowledgeable, efficient, neat, and very professional. Amazingly Dan booked a service same day as I needed my panel inspected for sale of the house. After calling 6 electricians with no call back they understand customer service.
Service man Daryl shows up and it is evident he loves doing what he does and takes pride in his work. Already booked more work in new house!

I called Lorion Electric due to a new dryer that had suddenly stopped working and a light fixture that kept blowing bulbs.

Dan had Daryl come out to my house the same day and all issues were resolved within an hour. Daryl went to work right away and had the dryer issue figured out and resolved within half an hour and then moved on to the light fixture and resolved that also within a half hour. He was able to immediately figure out the problems and have them fixed quickly.

I am impressed with the work and speed at which it was resolved (same day!!!). I am happy to say that I've found a company I can trust and will be using again when needed. I would definitely recommend Lorion Electric.
