Our experience with Benny and Restoration 1 was very positive from the get-go .... Benny arrived when our basement was flooded after the July storm. From that point on he took charge and pleasantly, professionally and most efficiently looked after us !!! We have subsequently done other work that Benny has supervised, all of which we are most satisfied !!!!
We would not hesitate to recommend Benny, nor would we hesitate to work with him again !!!

I used Restoration 1 after a sewage back-up. Suffice it to say, this was an extremely stressful situation. Benny came over right away and was very up-front with us on his quote and our various options. After deciding to proceed with Restoration 1, they came back that afternoon and immediately got to work, finishing the job in record time. It really was the best we could have hoped for in an otherwise unfortunate circumstance. I would highly recommend Benny and Restoration 1 for any restoration job.

On the night of the huge storm in July, my son noticed that the carpet was very wet in the basement. I thought to call my plumber thinking that he'd be able to help me out but the plumber recommended I call Restoration1 to get everything clean and dry. Benny was extremely busy but made an appointment to come the following day. He walked me through the process of what had to be done and started right away. Whole process took 3 days. They even referred me to a foundation company that I later hired that found and fixed the source of where the water came from.

Damage was caused by water leakage in an upstairs bathroom. Restoration 1 arrived promptly and removed all the damaged drywall and insulation saving as much undamaged materials as possible. Since the moisture level in the wood framing, as measured by a moisture meter, was too high, Restoration 1 set up a heater/dehumidifier and 5 blowers to restore the wood framing back to a dry condition. They came twice during the 2-3 days to check the moisture level of the wood framing to ensure the drying process was progressing normally.
During the work period, they arrived promptly at the agreed upon times and ensured I was well informed of the ongoing situation. I found Benny, the General Manager of Restoration 1, who performed the restoration of my home, to be helpful and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what would happen prior to the work being performed, was available for any of my concerns and seemed to make every effort to ensure I was entirely satisfied with the work performed.
I found the price reasonable and I would recommend Restoration 1 for any restoration work & would use them again should the need arise.
