This was a fairly elaborate roofing job with many skylights, peaks and valleys. We had a few quotes and RMR was competitive and thorough in the explanation of what was to be done, timeline, materials, cleanup and potential added costs. The team was very professional, courteous, informative about the various steps of the job and cleanup was flawless. In the end, the job came in at the quoted price. We could not have been happier. We needed a new roof in a tighter timeframe. The marketing package we received was well over what we had gotten from other companies, they took the time to make sure our questions were answered as well. The work required on our roof was done when it said it was going to be done and there were no extra costs etc. We appreciated the fact that Chris was up front with all materials, dates etc that we needed which was way better than any company that we had give us quotes as well. The workers that did our roof were amazing, polite, patient (as my son had questions and they were wonderful in answering) they were always approachable and they kept our yard clean of any debris. My neighbors and I sent out for several quotes during the course of a couple months. Chris from Remember me was the most professional, courteous and prompt one out there. He had prepared amazing little portfolios for all of us ( about 5 houses) Hand-delivered within a week! Some of the other companies took weeks before they even responded.

Their whole team was polite, professional and did an EXCEPTIONAL job. From start to finish. My property was actually cleaner than when they started! I was worried about debris and nails because I have a puppy, but they really made sure to clean every inch.

Chris came out to have a look, and gave us a quote. I thought it was reasonable compared to the others we had. We have a very simple roof, he said they'd be done in a day. He gave us a timeline on when they would arrive. He delivered on everything. His crew was professional. They did a walk around picking up any leftovers that might have fallen. I think they left my yard cleaner than when they started. I had one little concern about some caulking, I emailed Chris, and guy showed up the next day, no problem. I would absolutely use these guys again if I needed them, and would hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Chris came to our house and gave us a detailed quote. Then when the crew came, they were courteous and professional. They were efficient in their work and thorough in their cleanup after.
