We got three quotes and by far the experience we had from Remember me Roofing was excellent. From the time we met with Jordan for the quote (he came prepared with the quote, photos etc..), he even followed up with us a couple weeks after meeting with us, to the communication we had with Jessica in schedule the job and the guys on site were very professional and the job site was cleaned up every night. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperated and the it took an extra couple of days, but Jessica remained in contact with us throughout the project. The prices and products were comparable to the other quotes we received, but what we really liked was the fact that they give back to the community by providing a free roof replacement to a family that needs it. Thank you for the great service.

Right from the installation to the after care, they were great. They answered my questions and were extremely helpful in helping me understand.

I was hoping for a final walk around after the job was complete by someone to explain the new looking parts and maybe a few "watch out for" issues besides the obvious.

That being said, I haven't had any issues 1 month in and am very happy with the colour/style of the shingle.

I have contacted Remember Me Roofing twice for repair jobs. Last winter some shingles blew off in a bad storm. Remember Me sent a crew over right away to replace the lost shingles and they secured other loose ones while they were up there. The cost of very reasonable and the response was very quick
Recently the roof over the garage started leaking. Remember Me came over promptly to provide a quote. Other companies never responded as I suspected they would rather do an entire roof than just a repair. Remember Me got the job and completed the work promptly and professionally.
