The Shock Doctors

Scott arrived at 8:00 a.m. (as quoted) and right away started to cover up the furniture in our office and also the clothing in our closet where the entrance to our attic was. He very quickly took down our old fluorescent lighting and proceeded to install the four pot lights we had requested.
The work was done very efficiently and was finished by 9:30 a.m. Scott ensured that everything was cleaned up and left in good condition.
I have already started to recommend Shock Doctors to my friends should they need any electrical work done.

We had a couple tricky ceiling fan installations that needed an expert touch so we hired the Shock Doctors. They showed up on time (actually showed up early, which was nice) and provided a detailed quote before the work was done. The job was completed quickly and professionally by a courteous individual and I couldn't be happier. They even sent us a hand written thank you note along with some candy a week later. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs work done.

Old system was replaced. Work was done professionally, on time, no mess in the house and cleaned up so you would never know they had been there. Surge protection added to protect entire house which is really nifty and provides maximum protection.

Great experience. Chadwick was polite and courteous and very professional. He was on time and very efficient with the installation of the fixture. We most certainly would use Shock Doctors again and recommend them highly.

We have been using Shock Doctors since we moved to Barrie 4 years ago. Chadwick has installed a fan in our gazebo, installed a new generator, upgraded lighting in our kitchen & dining room as well as performing annual inspections of our electrical systems. His work is top notch. He is dependable and professional. I like the fact that we have a dedicated electrician that we can rely on. Lara, our phone contact person, is friendly and helpful. All in all I would not look elsewhere for electrical work and highly recoomend this company.

Shock Doctors have been our "go to" electricians for the past 20 years. They always go above and beyond expectations. We have an electrically base board heated house and an external back up generator so there is a strong reliance on them. They have never disappointed and I have recommended them to friends and relatives without hesitation and they have experienced the same dependable results.

Amazing service from start to finish!! The response to my form on the website was super fast, and the receptionist that called was so friendly! I absolutely loved the confirmation email with the photo of the electrician coming to work at my home. On the day he came, he was extremely punctual (bonus: arrived at the beginning of my 2 hour window) and wore booties to keep the house clean! He was friendly and polite. He did a full inspection and started some work we needed done. He had to come back another day as parts needed to be ordered and it was headache free to make another appointment with him right on the spot! He came back the second day and was just as wonderful and punctual. Then I was just surprised by a package in the mail containing an adorable candy treat and a thank you card accompanying our receipt and warrantee letter!! What a nice touch! The only hesitation I have for recommending to others was the cost of service - it was a little daunting! but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for :)

Upgraded our fuse panel and various other electrical components. It looks wonderful now! So much cleaner and neater! We are very happy with the work they did!
