We asked Hamid to replace the existing bathroom in my basement with a shower. Hamid's team is very reliable. He did a really good job for me, met my requirements. They met a lot of problems during the renovation then they cleared them all. They gave me some good advises and it is really helpful. Now my bathroom is a gorgous one.
I would say I will use him again in the future and introduce to my friends.

We recently bought a house as an investment that really needed some renovation. We're so glad that we hired A & R Renovation. They did a superb job with the Kitchen, Bathroom, Flooring, Stairs and Painting. The estimate Hamid gave was on point and the price was very reasonable and within our budget. From the planning/design stage through to the actual renovation, Hamid was super courteous and always available (by phone) to answer all my questions and appropriately address my concerns. One of the best attributes about this whole process is that Hamid gives very accurate cost estimates (with proper breakdown) so you know exactly what you are paying for. There was no surprises, whatsoever.

As homeowners, we love our new bathroom (the "after" look) but it was not a surprise because we picked a solid contractor with great customer service. Will not hesitate to re-hire Hamid for future projects or recommend A&R Renovation to a friend.

Two well organized workers completed my bathroom project in two days. They were very efficient, planned out their work and the communication between us was great. They cleaned up nicely in the end. A&R did a great job from start to finish. The builder fireplace was removed and replaced with beautiful stone to the ceiling with custom shelves. I also had the floors replaced with new hardwood, and the stairs (upstairs and downstairs) stained to match. There was great attention to detail such as finishing my crown and base molding as needed. Hamid provided quotes up front that were accurate and completed work as scheduled. Hamid and his team consistently provided recommendations at the start of the project and throughout when needed. His team is very detail oriented and show up on time. I would not hesitate to recommend A&R.

We decided to renovate our powder room and ensuite bathroom. After talking and seeing some contractors, we decided to go with A&R renovation. When we first met, we went through what we had on our minds and Hamid patiently listened and suggested many ideas. He also gave us a very clear quote with details on every single cost and possible optional add-ons.
He started as promised and finished on time as he estimated. He and Reda worked on our bathrooms for 10 days. The great thing about the project was that they always showed up on-time at 9:00 and finished by 5:30 after cleaning up. Everything went according to the plan and us being picky, suggested a few things and he did them without hesitation. He also did a few fixes around the house for us at a very good price.
We are completely happy with the whole project and at the end it costed us exactly as he outlined before starting the project. We would hire them back again if we decide to do more renovations.

A&R is fantastic. We are thrilled with the finished space. They were meticulous, clean, and as quiet as they could be. They finished on time and talked us through any additional costs (all due to our own personal choices). We already plan to use them again for another project next spring. We'd recommend them to anyone without question.

Hamid and his crew showed up everyday and very punctual. My basement had a leak because of a fridge. Not only did they do a great job fixing the damage, but they also fixed issues I had with past contractors. He told me in advance what everything would cost and finished the job within time frame. The bathroom looks amazing as well and they did a really great job staying within my budget. They also did their best to keep the rest of the house tidy during this. I will be working with them on other projects I have.
