Monster Aeration

Terrible service. Purchased through their Living Social deal. When I got no reply from their email, I checked their website and the email address had changed. When I emailed there and got a reply they told me that I was too late and they we're fully booked and that the email on the LS voucher didn't work so they changed it! However, if I was willing to pay $150 they could have someone out to me next week! Gee funny how that works. Total rip off, if you are going to participate in such a program you should honor the committment. What they don't realize is that every customer who gets such terrible service will tell at least 20 others over time that they are terrible and not to use them even though their service may be decent if they would have followed through. Instead if they had honored the deal they would have got a customer that would come back to them in the future. Will not use them ever, will not recommend them ever, and will tell anyone looking for such a service to stay away from Monster Aeration!

We bought a Living Social Deal from them. Same story as others here. They told us to fill out a client care form and they'd be out next week. That was a month ago, we've been trying and trying to get a hold of them through email and phone. No responses at all. These are unethical people, don't use them. They simply take your money and then won't do the work you've paid for. For those of you who had the same experience, I emailed Living Social and they've refunded my money. I also filed a complaint with them.

We bought a spring lawn clean up service from this company on living social, the company asked us to fill out a customer service form and told us someone will come out the next week. We waited and waited, three weeks passed by nobody ever called or showed up. We tried to phone and email the company, nobody ever replied. We are left with no choice but forget about the service paid and do the spring clean up ourselves. The company's voice box has been full for weeks, we don't even know whether this company is still in business. Very unprofessional, will not recommend to anybody.

This company does not return calls after taking your money. They do not show up if they make an appointment. Their voicemail is full, so you can not leave a message, but even if you could they would probably not return it. They do not return email messages - they are acting in a fraudulent manner - they have taken my money and have not provided any service. Kerri is very friendly on the phone and states they will provide great service - too bad it's not true. I regret having hired them and will never pay for a service in advance to secure a 'spot' on a company's schedule. I have had to do my own spring clean up and had to do my own snow removal - Clearly I'm a slow learner - I encourage you to learn from my mistakes BUYER BEWARE!!

Prompt email response to all questions. Excellent sidewalk care, There is a delay sometimes with clearing but never more than 24hours. Very pleasant company to work with. We renewed our one month trial for three months
