Penguin Basements

At the beginning we were struggling to have them to start working on our condo and we were having serious doubts on their abilities to handle our project.
When Penguin basements started our project and since day 1, we were totally reassured. Vince (our project manager) handled this project as if it was his condo. He coordinated trades perfectly and he was everyday on site to ensure that work was well done.
We were also very impressed about the time spent in execution. They basically spent 3 weeks and 2 days to renovate a full kitchen, full bathroom, remove and install new floor in the apartment, painting, and some electrical changes.
I have to say BRAVO and thank you.

Created a living and storage space in our previously unfinished basement. New floor, walls, ceiling. Very professional service throughout the entire project with excellent communication of schedule, changes, etc. Our project manager, Alan was extremely friendly and definitely went above and beyond to help guide us through the entire reno project. We recently completed our basement with Penguin and was very satisfied with the outcome. Vince Sciaraffa the project manager was super amazing to work with, he knows his stuff and very friendly and has a lot of patience. I contacted penguin basements about my renovations and it was a very pleasant process from start to end. The project manager assigned to us was Joshua and he did a fantastic job of communicating with us and resolving any issues that we brought up. Overall we are happy with the work. It definitely was a bit more expensive than some of our other quotes we got but you can tell the worksmenship was done really well. I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants to ensure great communication along the way and a very detailed and documented process.

We took on a massive project converting our unfinished basement into a second suite. It was overwhelming at first but thanks to Penguin, the design team and our awesome project manager Vince, they allayed our fears, and walked us step by step through the entire process. They were always available to answer any questions we might have had. We are incredibly happy with the final result and friends and family have showered us with compliments!

I was cautiously optimistic considering the money I spent but I was overly happy with how my basement turned out and it was done in less than 3 weeks. That is what you pay for....time spent on the project but with quality materials and tradesmen. I can't say enough about Rob the project manager as he put me at ease during this anxious time. He went above the beyond the general requirements of this job by explaining each stage of the process to me even complying to most of my requests. Roberto the framer was also fantastic as he was the main reason from day 1 that I knew I would be happy with the finished project. The only negative I had was with the selection process as that could have been more informative and accurate. All in all, my basement looks fantastic and I can't wait to fully enjoy it.

Penguin did a great job, Vince ( project Manager ) is a rock star ! He was able to manage multiple trades that were highly skilled and complete my project on time and within budget. He was extremely detailed oriented and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks Penguin Team .
