Part of our major renovation was building a custom walk-in shower from scratch. We encountered many setbacks during this phase, so we were in a hurry to find a shower threshold and shower jambs at the eleventh hour.

I did a lot of research to find white quartz that was not only high-quality but from a reputable company. I visited quite a few places and there were only a few that had the right sizes along with reasonable prices.

I found MaxSpace Stone Works on the Internet and spoke to Vanda. What a pleasant surprise - Vanda was so friendly, helpful and genuinely appreciated my call. I was also thrilled when I found out that MaxSpace carries quartz from Caesarstone. Our kitchen counters and bathroom vanity were from Caesarstone so I didn’t have to settle for plain old white. I can’t tell you what a relief that was! Vanda informed me that they had the exact same color pattern that was already in our home, and I quickly made arrangements to visit her.

It was freezing cold when I drove up to meet Vanda and place my order. She was so easygoing in allowing me to sit beside her desk while she looked at the measurements I gave her. I was quite nervous because if the measurements weren’t correct, it would be my mistake.

Vanda is so talented and she drew diagrams showing me exactly what I needed, and explained where the polished edges would be. I thought she must have some serious design skills!! I felt so reassured that Vanda knew exactly what I was looking for and that the pieces would be cut exactly as I requested. Before I left, Vanda even made me a cup of hot tea for the road. Talk about service!

I also brought one piece of quartz that was left over from our kitchen renovation, and Vanda gave me a reasonable price for MaxStone to cut it to size for our shower bench. Since our contractor needed the quartz asap, Vanda worked her magic and I was able to pick up all the pieces within a few days. She called me the morning the pieces were available, just as I had requested. I wanted to avoid rush hour traffic and preferred a morning pick up. Vanda also arranged for me to pick up at another location that was closer to home for me.

When my husband and I arrived, we checked the pieces before accepting the order and found one piece that was slightly off. I panicked thinking we’ll never get home in time for our contractor to finish his work. I thought for sure we would have to make another return trip. Nope, the front desk clerk had one of the workers come out to take a look. He measured and it was off a bit, and as Vanda had reassured me, if it’s their mistake, they will fix it. We didn’t have to wait long at all, and a new piece came out perfectly, just like the rest of the order. I’m so glad that the issue was resolved quickly, and without any hassle at all!

Our shower looks awesome since the quartz is a perfect match and the cut and polishing is pure perfection!

Even though my order wasn’t huge, Vanda still made me feel like a valued customer, and showed such appreciation.

MaxSpace Stoneworks fabricated and installed a contemporary stone fireplace surround for us. The end product looks fantastic and their service was timely and professional. Tony has a lot of experience in stone fabrication and installations and is capable of providing professional advice and occasionally creative solutions to your project. Tony and Tran were very polite and service oriented. Tony took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had. The prices are competitive and the stone selection was vast. The showroom was beautiful and detailed and shows that they are serious and here for business for long term. Although there was a small issue with the measurement with the cut stone, Tony sent his crew immediately the next day to fixed the situation. Also, the stone that I selected was tough to get but Tony managed to get it and install it in a quick time as well. I highly recommend this company as your first choice for your kitchen counter work.

I would highly recommend MaxSpace for your countertops. Tony and his team were amazing to work with, turned our project around in a short period of time, worked around the schedules of other trades and came back to install a small countertop due to another trade's delay in completing the cabinetry. Their pricing is very competitive and the service is outstanding!

I have no reservations in highly recommending MaxSpace to anyone requiring stone fabrication. The quality workmanship, customer service AND price can't be beat! I have already recommended them to a number of people and all of their experiences were as good as mine. I wanted an island with a waterfall edge on both sides with mitered joints and mitered edges. Tony completely understood my vision and executed it perfectly. I did complete kitchen counter tops, vanities and shower sills. MaxSpace also sells you only what you need, rather than forcing you to buy a complete slab even if you just need a piece. The team at MaxSpace is great.

I found MaxSpace from a web search and it worked out so well. Tran was highly professional and helpful in managing my order and installation - flexible to my changing requirements and schedule. Their prices are so reasonable in comparison to other quotes that I got. The estimator was very diligent in measuring and the installation was completed without problems. Altogether one of the best contributors to our extensive renovation project. I recommend them without reservation.
