During the winter we had a really bad smell coming from our furnace exhaust and Chris came by that morning to check it out and fixed the problem within 48 hrs (and got us the part for free as it was under warranty). Great quality works and service

Had Chris come by to do a tune up on my 20 year old furnace. We're hoping to squeeze as much life out of this furnace as we can, and Chris was honest and forthcoming about its current good condition. He didn't try to upsell us to a new furnace which was nice. Definitely will be calling them for any future HVAC work.

I send an email and we were given an appointment for the very next day. The technician arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed our problem with a fan on the furnace that was not working. We (rather cynically) had expected to be talked into a new furnace given the age of our existing furnace. But no, he fixed the problem - which required a new electrical board -and even made a repair to our humidifier for no extra cost. The young man was very knowledgeable and courteous. Great, great service.

We would highly recommend Williams HVAC to our friends and family. We recently purchased an A/C unit from them and it was installed the next day. The crew was professional and did a great job. We feel we received great value for our money and couldn't be happier with the service.

This is a great company. I had called numerous heating companies that were slowly convincing me that this was going to be an extremely complicated project with vents heading out all sides of the house and through the basement. Then I called Chris. He came out and quickly assessed the project, figured out the easiest way to route the vents and fresh-air returns, and provided me with a very reasonable quote as well as a few other alternatives at different price points. The two installers were incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. I tend not to write reviews, but this company really stood out - they truly deserve their 10 stars.

Chris contacted me right away when I sent a request to have my humidifier replaced and sent out Sean the next morning. We got excellent care and both gentlemen were knowledgeable with very quick service and competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again.

I was impressed with Chris, the owner, knowledge on selling me the right system with some great remote temperature and humidity sensor ideas. His price was also excellent and his installation guys were friendly and thorough. I highly recommend you have them on your shortlist of companies to provide you with a quote and type of system for your needs.

Their Customer Service was outstanding. We had bought a Salt-Free Water Softener for our new house. This was not your typical Water Softener as we found out later, Chris had never seen this type before. We had phoned the businessman in California so that Chris could get a better understanding of what he was up against. Through Chris' determination and persistence, he was able to hook up the unit. To this day, we have never had an issue with it. Great Job Chris.

They were very professional and kept the house clean. They had a tight spot to put the exterior pipes in, 3 ft of space. They were very accommodating as they had to work around may areas of the furnace room to make everything work to keep the area functional for us. We had the work done in the spring and the furnaces are running well. Water heater is great too. They even came back to install a better thermostat for upstairs.
