Mike was very proficient, friendly and down to earth. He explained everything in detail. The inspection was done for my brother as a first time home buyer, and being new to the real estate industry I wanted to make sure the inspection was thorough. He was able to tell us what would be a safety issue, what concerns should be addressed first, & what could wait. He was willing to answer or explain any questions. The report was very comprehensive, easy to understand with pictures, and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this inspector. I would personally recommend him to my clients.

Michael was very informative during my inspection. He explained things to me in terms I could understand. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately he missed a few things during the inspection that I now have to replace. My basement windows were leaking and my furnace spits out air and water when running.

Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections came out to do the home inspection for our dream house, and he did an amazingly thorough job! Even my Realtor was blown away on how thorough of job he did. He documented every detail of every inch our house and made recommendations on the urgency of the matter and also what and how it can be corrected. It was like a 300 page document with pictures of each component of our house. Something we can review over and over. He marked down all the model #'s of our appliances and lets us know if any product is recalled. I've had a home inspection done once before and they had just a 2 page inspection sheet which they just ticked. Nothing can compare to the detail that Michael provided. I would recommend their company highly!

I was so pleased with our experience with Michael and 4sight Home Inspections. He did a home inspection on our first home that my wife and I purchased. He was punctual, looked and acted professional, and I got the impression that he was someone I could trust. He communicated what he was doing the entire time and was very open to answering any questions we had. He went into the attic, which I consider to be very important and something that not everyone does. I was very impressed with the report we received afterwards. It was VERY thorough and easy to understand. The pictures that go along with the verbal descriptions are great to have for future reference. The detail will blow you away. Especially because we had discussed so much of it previously while on site. I would not hesitate to call him back or refer him to any of our friends. Very happy we found 4sight.
