Not the men of their word!

Contract included installing the interlock, sealing it and provide 2 years warranty on structure.
Paving was completed, but they failed to seal it, keeping promising to do it later. That never happened.
After 1.5 years the parking pad deteriorated - stones moved, dropped, grass was growing through the seams.
I've contacted owner and he promised to fixed it, but asked for some time - as he was having some 'legal issues' with the company. He mentioned going out of business. And again he failed to fix the issues with my parking lot.
During the next year the parking pad deteriorated even more.
In April of 2015 I've contacted Roman Stones Design - apparently legal issues were resolved and company was back in business. The owner promised to fix the issues again, but asked a month to wait as he was very busy with other projects. In a month he promised again do get back to me soon. I agreed, but that again never happened.
In September of 2015 I've tried to reach the owner again, but could not do that. I've left a voice message asking to call me back to schedule the work, but he didn't contact me.

I am going to contract some other company to fix the parking and going to the court with request for covering the cost of that.

11/10, polite group of guys. The owner Josh worked with me to come up with a design for my walkway, and then completed the project in only a couple of days. My walkway went from a sketch on my notebook to a vivid work of art that I walk on every day. The job is well done. If you're thinking about hiring these guys then definitely give them a call. I had contacted a few other interlocking companies before I got in touch with Josh and they charged me way higher than what Josh quoted me on. Him and his crew helped me come up with a layout and design and answered all of my questions very patiently. When a few bricks moved because of the heavy rainfall that didn't allow them to dry in place he came back the next day and fixed it with no hassle. Great guy and great crew, did an amazing job.

We upgraded our driveway in the summer of 2014 to paving stone. We are so glad we chose Roman Stone Designs. Josh was very patient as we made design decisions and took his time answering our many questions/concerns. During the project Josh and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. We continue to receive many compliments because of their excellent workmanship. We would highly recommend this company to our very closest friends and our family.

In fall of 2013, I had an interlocking walkway installed on the side of my house by Josh and his crew. Josh was very helpful at helping me pick out the stone colour and layout that would work well with my house and my budget. After I gave him the go ahead, he booked me in and started my project within 3 weeks. The project was installed within a day and half. I am extremely pleased with the lighter brick and the black border that he suggested, very sharp. Also, it has held up very well after this harsh winter. I highly recommend Josh and his hard working crew!
