I found them to be extremely reliable. They were very responsible for cleanup on my property. They covered everything as if they were working on their own and protected it from any damage. They were prompt and quick at their job. I would hire them again and I have already referred them to someone looking for a roofing company. Thank you Chris for all you did, you and your men were great.

Chris came and did a repair on my roof one day after I called. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his company for any of your roofing needs. I would definitely call him again!

We really needed a new roof so I did a little research on my computer. I know of people who have have problems with roof jobs in the past so I wanted to get the right company to do ours.
I found the home stars website but had never heard of it before.
It listed a lot of roofers so I started reading all the reviews from the different company's. I really liked the DLC Enterprises review. I had never heard of of this company but judging by the
great reviews I decided to give them a try. I called the company's
number and received a call back within a half an hour. The secretary was very friendly and said that someone would be by
to give me a price within a few hours. I was already impressed by this. The owner showed up right on time and and gave me a really good price so I booked the job right there on the spot.
it was booked for about a month or so away. However a week
later our roof started to leak in a hard rain storm. I called the company back and they were able to move the job up and do it
a lot sooner. They showed up when they said they would.The
crew were very friendly and new their jobs well. I went up onto
the roof several times to see how it was going and I was very
impressed with the attention to detail. About 10 hours after they
had started,our roof was finished and everything was cleaned up. They did a thorough clean up job as well. I would highly recommend DLC Enterprises to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.They were great just like I had read in all the reviews. Thank you for a great job DLC!

I got a quote from 3 places, DLC came in at the best price. The receptionist is very friendly and even stopped at my house to let me know Chris was on his way. Chris arrived at my house on time to give us a quote, which was the best one no hidden costs he is great guy, friendly, professional along with the guys and gal that showed up to strip, shingle and clean up everything after. When you're dealing with Chris, you feel you're dealing with a straight-up guy, and who wants the job done right and at a great price. I can't say enough about Chris's crew they were fantastic and very friendly it was like having friends over to do my roof, only the fact that they are professionals. So stop looking and start calling, you will happy you did.

Contacted 3 roofers one didn't bother to show up and the other 2 were way too expensive. Chris came at my convenience and was not a hard seller at all. He advised me to do research and seek other quotes. He fully explained what he could to for me and knew his product line extremely well. He gave great advice on shingle type and colours to match my siding. I told him I had a small leak and he said if I chose him he would make me a priority. I gave Chris and his crew the job and I was not disappointed !!. They came when he said he would early in the morning of the day planned. His crew covered my plants. deck and A/C with tarps. I noticed the crew got along well with each other by laughing throughout the day, this was evident by the way they helped each other with the task at hand. When finished he took me around and explained what they had done the roof looks amazing. Chris said no money was to be exchanged until I was happy with the outcome of the job and again explained the guarantee. As for the clean up it was like they were not even there, they raked, swept and used a magnetic bar to clean up. I watched from my window as they picked up small pieces by hand. I highly recommend them for their professionalism in what they do.

Repeat Customer - Had Chris and his crew come back to replace 3 odies, fascia and a gable vent on my tin roof. All pieces being replaced were over 50 years old and in dire need of replacing.

Chris also helped out by taking a trailer full of chopped wood I needed to get rid of which saved me a few days worth of wood burning.

Also asked Chris to price out a gable ventilation and hoping to hear back within the next few days.

A shame I hadn't found this company a few months ago instead of relying on a general contractor.

I got a quote from 3 places, DLC came in at the best price. Spoke to receptionist a few times - very friendly. Dealt with Chris for written quote and on-site - great guy, friendly, professional and on the actual day of the job, they went over-and-above the call of duty. I even had to inconvenience them by pushing the delivery of the shingles back a day, and they were totally cool about the whole thing. One of the best things is that when you're dealing with Chris, you feel you're dealing with a straight-up guy, and just having that comfort of dealing with someone that you aren't worried about is worth so much. The foreman on the job (didn't catch his name) was great too - really friendly, and they all were very professional (no rude talk / no swearing / generally happy and cordial etc.)

Lead time was great too - scheduled in one week, completed in one day - I'm sure that it's not always like that depending on their workload, but having it done soon was a bonus for me as my shingles were curling and I was somewhat worried.

Hired DLC to replace our roof. After 6 quotes, lots of research (on top of a fair bit of knowledge) DLC came out on top. In comparing apples to apples, the shingle quality, DLC's labour warranty, honest information (others misled to either upsell or to defend lower quality or why they "didn't bother" to use certain products) and the comments on Homestars sold us. Chris wasn't the cheapest quote (but not huge differences) but provided the most, including the waterproof membrane they cover the whole roof with. They were here when they said they would be, cleaned up the whole time (not just at the end), and stayed to complete the roof that day (rained the next day). Crew was polite, professional and neat. They were careful around our landscaping. We called Chris about a week later to have him come out and fix some aesthetic issues (nothing with the shingles) and he was here the next day and took care of them and more. Very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend DLC
