Maurice is very responsive and experienced. After the conversation over the phone and understand our needs, he quickly quote the range of budget. He showed up on time on the date of on site consultation and gave us candid advice on the material and color selection. The installation was quick, efficient and on time by Maurice and his co-worker. They operated carefully in the condo to ensure that floor and furniture are well protected. Overall, excellent experience!

We recently had window blinds installed in a new condo unit (in Toronto) by Emcoss and had a very good experience with them. The installation was quick and well-priced, and we are extremely happy with our new blinds. The owner, Maurice, was further very helpful throughout the process. He gave us honest advice regarding the selection of the blinds, letting us know that vertical blinds would be the most practical given our apartment and the way our windows are designed. As the condo is newly constructed, there were several deficiencies and safety hazards that he noticed and went through the trouble of pointing out to us. Overall: efficient and excellent service for a good price, lovely owner, would recommend Emcoss to anyone.

I recently had blinds installed on 5 windows by Emcoss Window Blinds (their Ottawa location) and I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. Not only do the window blinds look beautiful, but the service provided was very professional, timely and curteous. The price beat out all of the other quotes I obtained and the quality of the blinds exceeded my expectations. I defintelly recommend this company.

I called up 3-4 companies to get quotations for blinds. When I called up Emcoss - they were very professional and booked an appointment for the weekend. Maurice came by to help me with my blinds selection and was very honest - when I suggested I wanted to go with sheers and drapes for both bedroom and living room, he steered me towards the cheaper option of vertical blinds for the bedroom for more privacy. I had a minor hiccup as when the installer came by, he brought the plain instead of textured blinds for the bedroom. Again, Maurice was understanding and installed the plain blinds so I would have privacy until my textured blinds could be ordered. Im very happy with the installation and quality of the blinds received. Overall, great service, unbeatable prices and constant communication with Emcoss garners a recommendation for all family and friends.

Maurice came to our brand new construction condo and measured the windows approx. a week later he installed very nice window coverings in a timley manner, which we are very happy with :)

Maurice came to measure the windows the day I called him. Maurice brought samples of everything we were interested in, and reviewed the options and pricing. As we were still a little unsure of which option to go with, we said we would get back to Maurice once we had made our choice. Lead time was usually 5 business days. We made our choice just before Labour day. His supplier had some issue with parts and it took a bit longer, but Maurice managed our expectations well. He tracked availability of the finished product, and came to install them on a Saturday afternoon. The supplier had finished manufacture the Saturday morning. Great customer service, and reasonable prices.

Really great, personal service. We needed a lot of help and the sales rep was so patient with us. Now, I feel like our home fits with our personality and it's because they spent the time to figure us out and give us options that we never would have discovered on our own. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience.
