Sebastian is a miracle workers! My wife and I just bought a 1950’s house that had both laminate and carpet throughout. Sebastian came in to inspect the floors once everything was removed and was confident that he can have our floors looking like new in no time. He was right! Four days later all the hardwood was refinished (including staircase) and looking amazing! He is very professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained the day to-day process of refinishing floors to us and the end result was incredible. Thank you Sebastian for the magic you preformed on our house. Sebastian, aka Mr. Sandman, is a miracle worker!!! We had our floors done about 5 years ago and the company did a real butcher job, grooves all over the place and a very poor staining job. Sebastian warned us that he might not be able to repair all the damage, but somehow he managed to repair all of it. He went so far as to rent a special tool to get the hard parts out. The floor looks absolutely beautiful. His work has far exceeded our expectations. It has been a pleasure working with Sebastian, he is truly a professional.

WOW! Sebastian is outstanding. We hired him to install the hardwood floors in a basement office. It was about 1000sqft. Sebastian at all times was on time and professional. I have heard others call him an artist, well it's true.
Sebastian supplied the hardwood, but there was no pressure. He was more then happy to pick up and use any hardwood we wanted.

Sebastian also installed the 1/4round and baseboards. The place looks stunning.

We are happy to refer him to anyone. On budget, on time and NO gauging. He was completely trustworthy and was left to complete the work. When he was finished, he took some pictures for us as we were unable to be there. When we went to check it out a week later, we were beyond pleased.

You can stop searching! You have found the man for your flooring needs. From the moment I met Sebastian, I knew the man was honest, hardworking and had an eye for perfection. The first thing Sebastian did was tell me there was no need to replace the upstairs wood, but rather have him sand it down and refinish it. Most companies would have told you to replace the floors, but not Sebastian, he was honest and explained the process thoroughly. We did have him install new hardwood in on the main floor, and he was very open to us providing our own wood (though he has an array of options that he is ready to provide). Sebastian came on time, each day and WORKED. Him and his sons took great care and were extremely respectful of my home. His attention to detail went beyond my expectations. I like to refer to him as an artist. I have never had such trust and respect for any tradesman. I only wish Sebastian did every trade.

I knew that Sebastian, aka Mr. Sandman, was the right person to refinish our old parquet hardwood floor when he first came to the house to give us a quote. He was very knowledgable and shared with us lots of valuable information. As a result, we were well prepared for the work. Their price is reasonable and competitive. Sebastian and his team did a great job at my house. The work they did included refinishing the parquet floor in the living room/dining room and family room; remove the carpet in the study and refinish the parquet floor underneath the carpet. They finished the work ahead of the schedule and the floor looks great. I really appreaciate their hard work and would not hesistant to recommend them to those who are looking to refinish the old floor.

We bought a mid-60's home that needed some rework. Our newly acquired/unwanted, ugly dark teal carpet that covered ~800 sq feet (+12 stairs) was covering almost pristine honey-coloured oak flooring waiting to be revived.

After I spent a few hours (seemed like days, actually) removing all of the carpet, underpad, staples, nail strips, Sebastian then came in and sanded down to bare unfinished-wood. We then worked with Seb to find the perfect shade of stain and finish to work with our decor. He even brought in a carpenter (Joe) of his to help update our mid-60's vinyl handrail assembly for the stairs into a modern wood + wrought iron version that matched/complimented the updated flooring.

We were surprised how quickly Seb and his team worked from start to finish. When the work was all done, we were like "WOW...what a huge improvement".

We absolutely love our refinished hardwood flooring and matching handrail. We would highly recommend Sebastian "the sandman" to anyone looking to update any wood surfaces in their house.

Sebastian is an absolute genius! We went away while our floors were being refinished and I was astounded to see how beautiful they are. Sebastian and his team did a fantastic job and they cleaned up the house so that I could hardly tell there had been such a lot of wood dust. Also the price was very fair. Sebastian and his team are extremely professional and helpful. They showed up when they said they would, and the job went exactly the way Sebastian told us it would be done. Plus the price Sabestian quoted us was the price we paid. They did such a great job on my Cherry wood floors in my living and dining room, (approximately 300 sq/ft).. The hardwood floors look new!. I am so impressed with the refinishing that I am now going to have Sebastian come back and refinish the hardwood floors in my family room (which initially I was going to rip out and replace). Refinishing old hardwood floors is economical and a great alternative to replacing hardwood floors.
