Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

I am a stickler for the smaller things a like thank you, a hand shake, and getting the job done to my satisfaction. The guys showed great consideration for my newly done floors and left the place as if they were never there. I particularly appreciated the regard for the safety of my children's kittens by making sure they were kept secure before turning on any equipment. These guys didn't just come for the money they made it a point to provide great customer service. They will be back next year!

Back in October 2012, when my previous home was being renovated and I thought that all the details were covered and that the buyer would be more than pleased when they reviewed my property for the first time. Well, I was fortunate because they went through the entire home without noticing the dryer vent area and the build-up of lint inside as well as outside my home! Anyway, I knew that the entire ducts in my home required professional cleaning. I searched for a company to do this and decided to go with 'Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning'. After contacting them and pleading that I needed the ducts to be cleaned as soon as possible before the buyer conducted a second review of my home, I was not treated as a number but a 'person in need'. I spoke with an customer agent and they had a senior representative at my home in hours!
Also, the person who arrived gave me detailed instructions on what they would be doing, how long I could expect their professional work to last and the provisions taken to ensure that the entire ducts in my home were 100% clean.
