I expected a simple way to push my own hmdi cable through the wall and then bring it out and plug into my device somewhere away from the tv. I was worried he wasn't going to be able to fish the cables down to the basement since the fire place configuration was tricky with the windows being so close. He was very creative and was able to get down to the basement and bring the cables back up to the spot I wanted. The plate he installed on the wall allows me to plug my hdmi cables directly in there without ever having to hook up to my tv again. He even took care of some internet cables that Bell just brought up through my vent and were not looking very nice.

The quote was more than fair. Wayne's work was impressive and he was very easy to talk to during his 4 hours of work. He even came to do the job on a Friday evening. Wayne from HomesmartZ installed an 8-bay digital antenna on the south face of my chimney. He was courteous and efficient in completing the job. He scouted the best place for maximum reception and presented me with options. To say that Wayne is neat and thorough in his work would be an understatement. When he fed the coaxial cable into my living room, he discovered that my ISP's Internet cable was pulled too tightly with no slack in the line. He resolved the issue with no fuss, and left the work area so neat, nobody would even realize work had been done. I now get 36
channels (all the networks from Buffalo and Toronto plus a few of the exotic offerings) consistently plus five or so more that come in when the weather is good. No amplifier was needed.

I connected the antenna feed to my HDTV PVR which allows me to stream (wirelessly) in full HD to any of the TVs in my home. The only thing I needed was a good, reliable outdoor antenna. I've cut the cord on cable tv and am not looking back. I would recommend Wayne and HomesmartZ to anyone!

Wayne set up a new 4k tv and sound bar in my family room; a home theatre in the basement; and he hung up a tv on the wall in our master bedroom. He was very professional and did excellent work!

If your goal is a clean, professional and top-notch A/V install then look no further. In late-2012, I hired Wayne to install and setup a 5.1 system in my two-storey home. I am "very particular" with the quality of work and would not accept something that is only "acceptable". Wayne spent more time than what he originally quoted me for with no added charge just to meet his standards, as well as mine. If consumers usually "get what they pay for", with HomeSmartZ, you get more than what you pay/paid for. My HT setup has held up pretty well through the almost four years that passed.

I availed of Wayne's services again on April 1st, 2016. He did two smaller projects in my master bedroom and loft area. What was once two areas cluttered with cables and cords are now ideal places to relax and enjoy a flick. As always, the quality of work is of high quality. Wayne makes me want to upgrade my system/components every year. :)

This is the second time calling Wayne to install/mount our TV. Wayne also install a remote repeater and HMDI outlets off to the side ... his work is very clean and professional.
