AFG Heating and Cooling

On Saturday just before the ice storm my furnace stopped working. I called afg heating and they sent out rafi and he came and diagnosed the problem quickly and returned later on fixed the furnace. Many thanks

I am very satisfied with their service. Very reasonable price. I actually had one contractor looked at my furnace and I was not impressed with the diagnostics so I called AFG heating and compared prices with other companies and they got my furnace running in top shape. Rafi, showed up on time , located the problem and fixed the issue quickly. He showed me what cause my heating issue. He also showed what to do if the issue ever comes up again.

we had a furnace failur a few days ago, and i called around a few compamies to get a technician out. but every one seemed to be booked. i called afg heating and they picked up the phone and had a service man sent out to my house within 4 hours of my call. service man rafi was quick to diagnose the problem and had us up and running in no time. thumbs up

The first call was for a non working furnace. The technician (Raffi) found the initial problem quickly(flame sensor ) The sensor was just cleaned - not replaced. After reassembly there was still a problem and it turned out to be a leaf in the intake pipe screen--I had trouble even seeing it . The 2nd visit was a thorough cleaning/maintenance call(had not been serviced for several years. He explained all that was done and why as I watched. A most courteous and capable tech. I was very happy with the quality of the service and the technician who did it
