Andrew helped me out last fall when my eaves were literally falling off my house. He fixed them so they would last the winter and just recently installed new replacement eaves today. Andrew is one of the most helpful/honest contractors I've come across. He always tells it like it is.
My new eaves look amazing and if I ever have trouble Andrew will always come back and fix it. He stands by his work and it shows. Great Job!

First off; I was completely shocked that this contractor showed up RIGHT ON TIME. I've never encountered this before.

My eaves troughs were dripping and Andrew came by to have a look at them. He went up on the roof, took lots of pictures, and gave me his assessment. The eaves troughs were in good shape; a drip edge just needed to be installed to close the gap between the eaves troughs and the shingles.

It's rained a number of times since the installation and there haven't been any drips. I was very satisfied with his work, especially considering that I had another contractor visit the home and tell me the eaves troughs had to be replaced (which would have been a way more expensive job). Andrew provided excellent and friendly service. A year later there was a small warranty issue that needed to be resolved and Andrew responded immediately. Andrew is quite possibly the most honest and friendly contractor I have dealt with to date.

I hired Andrew to clean the eaves last year and was impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. We spoke then about adding some eavestroughing and replacing some downspouts in the Spring. He said he'd be in touch then and, sure enough, he was. This is something I really appreciate about Andrew; he keeps you informed and is easily accessible if you have questions. He came by last week and installed some eavestroughing on the second storey. He also replaced two downspouts that had split in spots and put longer extensions on all the downspouts. While he was here, he fixed a downspout tie that had come loose and discovered that someone had installed the bend incorrectly allowing water to run out of the middle of the downspout. That may well have contributed to the wet basement I had last Fall! He fixed that for me at no charge. I also asked him if he could see anything loose around the front of the house that could be making a noise. When it is really windy, I can hear a very loud clattering sound upstairs. He screwed down some loose soffit that he thought might be the source of the noise, again no charge. He also knocked down an old wasp nest high up in the eaves for me. Andrew goes above and beyond and I will definitely have him back for any future work or eaves cleaning.

Andrew (owner) is incredibly professional and pleasant, and knows at a glance what has to be done. He insisted that one trough ( at the front) only needed repair and sent an appraiser out for the estimate on the rest of the work to be done as well. His price surprised me as it was much lower than I expected. The work was completed quickly and it included new troughs on the entire upper story and new family room at the back of our house and the repair at the front.They arrived when they said and were gone within roughly 2 hours. They tested the troughs and when they left there was no sign they'd been here-- ( other than the troughs) i.e. no mess. I had a chance to speak to the workers ( and I was happy to see that one was a very accomplished woman) and they were polite and professional. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend Eaves Experts to anyone.

Our eaves trough fell of the side of the house in the middle of the night because of the weight of the snow. We called Andrew and he came right away to look at it. He offered us 3 options, all were very reasonably priced. He did the work beautifully. We found Andrew to be very nice, honest and good working.

Andrew's customer service and work was extremely professional and very well priced. He called when he said he was going call and showed up when he was supposed to! Offered extra advice and help. I will use him again for sure.

It was good to meet Andrew for his attentive and very courteous responses to my concerns and patient explanations of any repairs. When he came to give an estimate about our perceived need for drip edges to our eavestroughs, he demonstrated with a digital photo closeup that the top roof already had a drip edge, and he did a simple repair at no charge to the top eavestrough, installed years ago. Andrew didn't feel that a differnt run of the eavestrough required any drip edge either because it appeared in good shape and I hadn't observed any leaks to that side, so to his credit he wasn't seeking unnecessary work. Andrew managed to fit the drip edges where requested last Monday, December 1st, before the scheduled snowfall the following day, and the charge was reasonable. He and his assistant installed the drip edges well, so I am grateful.
