Steve was on time and assessed the requirement for two windows changing.
However, the installers visited a few days later and informed us that the secod window could not be installed until we arrange to move the AC unit in frot of the window.

They cme back today , installed it in a fast manner .Steve came and took the balance cheque.
We are satisfied the service rendered .
We have also been assured that if there is any service problem , we could call up and they will visit accordingly.
