Concept Lighting

I purchased 2 matching light fixtures in December 2014. As of today (May 2) they are still not in. I asked for a refund and am being denied, despite having been waiting 5 months. I'd be extremely cautious ordering anything from this company - they feel no obligation to hold up their end the bargain. I have contacted the better business bureau on this matter as well. The store "manager" does not even have a telephone number for the owner? I am guessing judging by their rating on homestars the owner must not be concerned about customer satisfaction.

I've been waiting 4+ weeks for a light that was sold to me as " locally produced and available within a week". I've tried calling a bunch of times but no one is giving me a straight answer. I'd just like a refund at this point, really too bad. I've never had such terrible customer service, I'm really disappointed.

We built a new home and we shopped everywhere for lighting but returned to Concept Lighting because of their unique collections of lighting. Their staff are the most knowledgeable of all the stores we visited and pricing better than most. We ordered 15 lights and all arrived on the date required plus they helped us find a great installer. We love our lighting thank you Concept Lighting.

I experience they same problem as The previous reviewer. I ordered one of my lights in December and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Paid in full. Every time I call they tell me next week. They never call the following week, I have to call them. We have bought 7 lights from them and spent thousands. There selection is great the people are helpful with picking the lights out. I feel they are just looking for the next client, not keeping the ones they already have happy. Also no light bulbs come with the lights, at other lighting stores they have or at least told me before I got them home to put them up.

Two separate occasions I ordered fixtures and had to call them past the expected arrival date and was then told it would be another 8 weeks for the fixture to arrive. Nice, helpful staff but it seems that everything is always back ordered (not their fault I know) but I am always the one chasing them after the fact and 3 months to get a fixture is a bit much

Very nice selection at this store. We had looked in Toronto (all over the place) and did not see anything nicer than we found here. And the prices were competitive with all other stores that we looked at. We ended up getting a gorgeous lighting fixture for our kitchen - they asked us what our space was like (i.e., size of kitchen, what other light was available in that room, etc.), and they recommended several options. We selected one based on their recommendation that seemed like it might be a bit too large, but it ended up looking just right in our kitchen. I will return there next time I need a fixture!
