David knows his stuff. I found David on Yelp upon looking for home inspectors and reading reviews for his work. David is polite and very knowledgeable in his field. He took me through the home inspection step by step and gave me recommendations on what needed to be addressed. You can basically follow him throughout the inspection; However,he is fit and agile climbing the roof, moving through crawlspaces and attic so I watched from a distance. Once the thorough inspection is finished, he gives you a detailed report and information booklet (final report in the same day). Overall, his professionalism is great.
