Great windows. Workers efficient and very meticulous about doing a good job. Replaced any framework that looked damaged with new boards and insulation. Worked long hours to get everything finished in one day. Window casings look nice. Impressed with Weather Pro and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Workers were very professional and courteous. Always deferred to me when having a question or to verify.

All work was completed as to the requirements of Cedarwood Park complex. There has been a couple of times friends asked who did the work at which I gave them

I first went to Polar Windows and received an estimate of $5000 to replace all three of our doors (front, back and garage).
The fellow who came to give us the estimate seemed so wonderful, we immediately accepted his business. However, there was an issue with getting someone out to do measuring on several occasions, one such instance leaving my family hanging and not even notifying us that he had canceled because he was feeling unwell. I complained to the General Manager and instead of trying to find a time that would work with our schedule, he said he didn't want our business.

A colleague at work recommended Weather Pro, so we contacted Vlad who was extremely helpful, informative and pleasant. He also gave us a quote for the same type of doors that ended up being $2000 less (which is why it is always good to get several quotes before settling).
There was a bit of a misunderstanding with one of our doors, but when I brought it up, they apologized and fixed the issue with no extra cost or fuss.

All in all, we were extremely happy with the work that was done and are probably going to go back to them to do our windows.

I had 12 windows installed in my house and garage as well as three exterior doors installed in my house and garage.

The team with Mike in the lead worked as a very professional unit. They addressed our concerns and were very respectful. I highly recommend them.
