I appreciated how they were trying to protect our floors during the installation and how quickly they worked. The new windows look great , I also hope to save more on bills next winter.

The crew that came into my house was friendly, polite and professional. Protected the floors with tarps and cleaned up after. Very happy with everyone involved in the process. Keep up a great job you are doing.

Many, many issues with this company. Had a building inspector come and review the work and provide a report. He observed poor workmanship, improper window sizing and installation, improper insulation, daylight visible due to lack of spray foam, missing vapour barrier and pre-existing vapour barrier has been cut away, no shims supporting windows, observed ice buildup, windows not installed plumb with frame of house, windows do not fully close and are missing hinge cover plate, observed damage to siding around all windows and entire bay window area, observed interior finishing material on exterior of home, etc.

The installer also REFUSED to put a vapour barrier on the bay window construction. We tried to correct him but we were told that he has been installing windows for many years and they always cut the vapour barrier away from all homes because it is not required. So we fixed it ourselves actually paying twice for the same work. A few months later another installer and the Installation manager came and tried arguing the same point and told me to prove it. So I googled up the building code and showed them. Then it became a "misunderstanding".

We have been trying to get the company to either replace all the windows with the correct size or give us our deposit back and pay for the damage to our siding which they acknowledge they did. Now they are hiding and are unresponsive.

I do not recommend this company and if anyone has used them in the past I suggest they check for a vapour barrier to avoid mold and wood rot

The installation was done fast and very well. Fitted to original siding and customized inside where required. Very professional job and they look fabulous!

Very pleased with the work. They cleaned up and were done in four hours. Because they talked a different language sometimes I was a little unsure of what they were talking about. Hoping it had nothing to do with the windows. The man did speak English to me at the end when he went through everything.

The windows are excellent quality. The only complaint I had was the installation was supposed to be done in November and it didn’t happen until December. I understand that there are delays when custom ordering but no one followed up with us to give us an update. We had to call them.

We had 10 windows replaced in January. Everything went well and we love the windows. They did a great job start to finish. Mike was awesome to deal with, knowledgeable and straight forward. I definitely recommend them.

Installation of all the windows went very smoothly. The team commenced work at 9 am and was completed by 1:45.
The only drawback was the extra week it took for the windows to arrive from the factory, but this was not an issue for us.

The installers were very professional and mindful of the areas around them and kept it very clean

We are extremely happy with the product and the installation. The installers were very professional and courteous. They installed five windows within 4 hours. The windows look awesome, functional very well and are keeping the house warmer. Excellent work!
