After this summer downfalls it was a disaster and were not prepared. Good evening. To start off, I would like to thank Alex and his whole well-organized crew and everyone in particular. A week ago my drain started backing up in a severe way. Quiet shocked, consternated and not knowing what my next steps would be I hurried up to my laptop to look up any plumbing company that works around Mississauga area on homestars. Since I am not acquainted with any good ones, my pick randomly landed on Doctor Rooter. I scanned through the reviews which seemed pretty good to me and decided to give it a shot. Same day in the late afternoon I phoned Alex and explained my problem in details. To my surprise, the guy arranged his team for 8am next morning and assured myself that this kind of a "dirty" job will be handled professionally and esthetically pleasing. To make a long story short, my drain was fixed in couple hours, so I successfully got back to my errands in no time and my day was not ruined. The guys even wiped the floor, as a bonus I guess.

When backwater valve failed Doctor Rooter was there to resolve the problem. 24 hours service works like a champ. They came to my house within hours to help me in that tough time. Great and very friendly technicians were on the top of their game. Highly trained and experienced stuff, did what they had to do in very short period of time without loss of quality. Doctor Rooter did a basement waterproofing repair to my house. I have an old house ( 80 years approximately) due to the houses age as the people from Doctor Rooter were performing the repairs they came across smaller problems and were able to fix them at no extra cost. But it looks like these guys perfectly know what they're doing and i didn't have any headaches with them. They performed a clean and professional job. I really enjoy their service, especially when it comes to heavy and dirty work. Doctor Rooter is the best!
