Doctor Rooter

Hi everyone. This year we did a fair amount of work around our house and we had dealt with multiple trades contractors. While it's been a pleasure to deal with  most of them there were a few bad marks. There were a few crews that took a very long time and it was stressful dealing with them. Dr. Rooter however is none of the latter.

We have contacted Dr. Rooter to deal with foundation repair as we had some basement leakage. Even though they are a busy company they had Yuri come out to assess the work scope the next day. It was a pleasure dealing with him as he explained us the root causes and best ways to address the issue. Also he presented multiple options to tackle the leakage.
As such we received a detailed quote next day and we didn't hesitate to go ahead with them.  We had two more companies come out and price this work for us. While they also presented themselves in the professional manner they seemed very pushy and wanted to sign us right there on a spot, which we weren't really comfortable. This being said the work started in about one week. Yuri was there 8am sharp as he promised with 3 of his employees. After a quick chit-chat  the work got started. Yuri gave out his guys instructions  and they proceeded accordingly. 

It took 3 days to fully finish the project. Guys worked really hard. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and installed pylons and  caution tape to prevent us from falling into holes.

Enough said. It was a great experience dealing with Dr. Rooter. They got the job done, they answered the phone calls, cleaned up the site after themselves and did a few follow ups with us in the next month.

I had 2 toilets changed by Sunny and company. Went out to a local supplier to grab a second hose which they needed for one of the toilets. They took about an hour and a half total to replace both toilets. They were clean and simple, thanks for the easy install guys. I've since contacted Dr Rooter for the install of a gas boiler but they only offer water plumbing services for your information.

My drain pipes were clogged and I called Dr. Rooter. Guy came in and completed the job super fast and for reasonable price. Great service overall and would def call them again

Had major problems with old drain pipes and stack. The guys approached the job at a very professional manor. Explained what the issues were and how it was going to be fixed. Very pleased with the professionalism and the price was very fair.

We hired Dr. Rooter on a project in Barrie that required underpinning and were in a crunch for time. Dr. Rooter was able to fit us in promptly and was always willing to address any minor issues that popped up.

While the underpinning was underway Dr. Rooter came to find that the builder of this four year old house had installed the weeping tile incorrectly and Dr. Rooter still managed to squeeze in that project at a time of year when the weather was not at all co-operative.

Madison Contracting will definitely be using Dr. Rooter on future similar projects.

I had a big crack in my basement. It was leaking through that crack all the time. I am planning to renovate my basement so I had to get it fixed. Guy have done a great job. I am very satisfied with the price and quality

Oleg and his crew did an excellent job putting in a new drainage system in my home. The dedication in his services went above and beyond our expectation. I appreciated his attentiveness to details and his commitment to perfecting everything. He and his crew are very kind, friendly and hardworking. We would definately be glad to use him again!!!!

Got Oleg back on my second emergency call at my investment 60 years old house. Once again, timingly and neatly done with the drainage and concrete flooring area. Removed my headach in the next day after my tenant reported the problem. Supprised when Oleg called me a few days later. He's just following up to make sure everything is good.
Once again, strongly recomend Dr. Rooter. I won't bother to call other contractors for any same job Oleg does. It'll waste my time to look for better than best. As Oleg said to me, "I always back up to the work I've done, never walk away", I started loving him now. --- not a female customer of him.

My basement had a crack and it was leaking after heavy rains. I desided to waterproof the side of the house. I desided to call dr rooter. Job was done in one day. I am very happy with those guys.

Due to my condo renovation i needed to relocate my bathtub and walk in shower. Great service yuriy an his crew did an amzing job came in and finished with no mess was very pleased will call them again forsure.
