Spectrum of Colours

We have an old house that had not been painted in 15 years+. They did a great job. Every request was accommodated and the house looks terrific. Karin is very responsive and her crew is a pleasure to interact with.

WE WISHED TO PAINT THE ENTIRE UPSTAIRS OF OUR 5 BEDROOM HOME. THIS WAS 5 BEDROOMS AND 2 WASHROOMS - ABOUT 1400 SQUARE FEET. WE RECEIVED BIDS FROM 6 DIFFERENT PAINTING CONTRACTORS. THE PRICES RANGED BETWEEN $4500 - $6600.

I WAS IMPRESSED MOST BY THE STYLE OF PRESENTATION OF SPECTRUM PAINTERS. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, KARIN, MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS, AS SHE TOURED. HER MANNER WAS FRIENDLY YET BUSINESSLIKE. I GOT A GOOD IMRESSION OF WHAT THEIR PAINTING CREW WOULD DO.

THE JOB CONSISTED OF 2 MAJOR AND 2 MINOR CEILING REPAIRS, AS WELL AS ALL THE WALLS, CLOETS AND WOODWORK.

KARIN HELPED CHOOSE COLOURS AND TYPE OF PAINT. THE CREW WORKED VERY WELL, DID A FINE JOB ON THE CEILING REPAIRS, PATCHED MINOR REPAIRS TO THE WALLS, AND DID A GOOD JOB OF PAINTING THE CEILINGS, WALLS AND WOODWORK.

THE JOB TOOK ALMOST 5 DAYS. A FAST VISUAL INSPECTION WAS DONE.

OVER THE WEEKEND WE WENT THROUGHTHE UPSTAIRS, SLOWLY AND THOROUGHLY. THERE WERE A NUMBER OF MISSED SPOTS AND PAINTING IN THE WASHROOMS THAT WERE TOO LIGHT. WE CALLED KARIN. SHE CAME THE NEXT DAY AND TAGGED THE PROBLEM AREAS. A MORNING WAS SELECTED FOR THE TOUCH UPS. THE WORK WAS DONE AND THE UPSRAIRS LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

WE HAVE ONLY ONE COMPLAINT. THE MANAGER WHO CAME FOR THE LAST DAY SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY TO FINISH UP. HE TOOK MY WIFE ON A FAST TOUR OF THE PREMISES FOR A FINAL VISUAL INSPECTION. HE SHOULD HAVE DONE A SLOWRE INSPECTION HIMSELF AND FOUND THE FLAWS THAT WERE THERE. WHEN KAREN CAME LATER TO INSPECT THE FLAWS WE HAD FOUND, SHE EVEN FOUND SOME MINOR FLAWS THAT WE HAD MISSED. SHE WAS SUPER. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, TO OUR SATISFACTION.

The job was fairly last minute in order to sell our home but Spectrum squeezed us in and did a great job! House sold in 5 days!! Dealing with Karin was great and we will be using Spectrum again for the paint job on our new house.

Karin and the Sprectrum team did a fantastic job on the house.
They were quick and efficient and stuck to the timeline they initially provided.
In addition, they took care of all touch ups needed immediately.

They were a pleasure to work with.

We were on holiday and Karin looked after the painting of our house.
We hadn't moved in yet and we were putting our trust in Karin's hands.
The movers were scheduled and we prayed they would finish in time and do a great job. They delivered and even did a little extra in the basement without charging for it. Very professional and cleaned up afterwords. Karin followed up and made sure we were happy. We sure are. We would definitely use Spectrum of Colours again.

Hired Spectrum of Colours to paint my complete home, they helped with colour selection since I didn't have a clue on choosing colours. They were on time, clean and very professional. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Spectrum through out the whole process were very professional. Starting from the quote to choosing the colours for each room to the end product were just exceptional. The follow up customer service was superb.

I neede to have some repainting done. I wanted to change the colours to match my style, Spectrum really knew what would look good.

We had the entire house painted by Spectrum. Karin was prompt in providing an estimate, at a competitive price, and was very accomodating in working around our schedule. The painters were professional and we were comfortable with leaving them in our home while we were away. The use of high quality paints was also a plus. We will definetly use Spectrum for our future painting projects and will reccomend them to our friends.
