Chris arrived very promptly to the service call. He was extremely pleasant, very efficient and was knowledgeable about our washing machine. He answered all of our questions and gave us good sound advice about the work that the machine needed. We would absolutely use their services again! Added bonus; he gave us a $100.00 coupon for Sears towards the purchase of a new machine.

Called at 11:00AM on Good Friday and Chris was at my door by 2:00PM. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me his opinion that that the unit was not worth fixing.

I appreciate his honesty and I will call Quick fix any time I require any repairs.
