DSM Property Services did the inspection on our recent semidetached home purchase. The Company came highly regarded by our real estate agent, so expectations were already well above average. We had a very short timeframe so we were fortunate they were able to fit us in at the end of a day (and a bit into the evening). Our inspector (Vito) was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. The report was very detailed and professionally prepared – they even followed up to ensure we received everything and to check to see if there was anything else they could do for us. They really helped us make an informed decision on a very large investment, we would definitely use them again. Thanks Vito!
