Egor was prompt, friendly and extremely efficient. The rain was pouring down in torrents, but he cheerfully ascended to the roof, examined the entry holes, covered all but one of them with sturdy wire grids, and installed the one-way exit-but-no-entry door to make sure no squirrel got left behind. Great system, no hidden extras, and superb service. Today he came back on schedule to remove the final door, spoke with us to ensure we hadn't heard any squirrels inside, and finished the job. We are very happy with him and Westside.

Egor and Justin were extremely pleasant, on time and knowledgeable. They provided two follow-up visits to ensure the problem was resolved. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family.

I was very pleased with Egor the pest technician from West Side Pest Control. He was on time, sympathetic to my wasp allergy and quickly found and neutralized the underground nest. I have used this company twice this year to remove nests from my home, and they have been very professional, and have great employees. Five stars, and a big thanks to Egor at WSPC.

Really great, thorough and intelligent service/advice from Justin. Westside Pest Control responded very quickly after my parents saw a mouse in their new place, and Justin did a thorough assessment, determining the problem was likely from the other half of the duplex. He explained in detail what the issue was, and proposed a maintenance plan. My parents felt like they found someone who they could trust and rely on, and because of that I'm now hiring them for my commercial workplace needs, specifically requesting Justin!

Wasps were showing up inside our home on Monday... by noon on Tuesday James had gotten rid of them all! The nest was 30 feet up inside our rain screen!

Having rats in your attic is a very unpleasant experience. However, the entire team at Westside Pest Control including Justin and Jim were friendly and professional. While I can't say I'm keen to have rats again if I did have rodents or any other pests, I'd call these guys for sure.

My appointment was set up very painlessly. A technician (Justin) was sent in the following day. When he showed up, he talked to me respectfully and went through his before and after action plan. This really gave me lots of assurance and confident him.

I will definitely use this company again and introduce my friends to them.
