Matrix Locksmith

I called Matrix Locksmith last night when I was locked out of my car. I was surprised to see their representative coming at the spot within no time. The locksmith understood the job and I had my car lock opened in minutes. They are fairly priced and offer wonderful customer service.

When I first contacted Matrix Locksmith,the salesperson answered, I found him really professional, skilled, committed, and pleasant person to discus my my lock installation with . Than the locksmith came he carefully reviewed all the security needs for my home and suggested how they could be met. Today, with the help of his locksmith, he installed the security system and supervised the process quite efficiently. I’m fully satisfied with the service.

Even though we needed only one lock installed on our metal door, Danny the locksmith was very curious and professional . The installation was clean and perfectly adjusted to our custom door. The mess cleaned up when he done with the drilling. it was not a regular lock change so we needed a locksmith that knows what he is doing! I would use Matrix Locksmith again without hesitation!

We have a panic bar located at our stair way at the office building, the panic bar needed to be repair we had difficulty of unlocking the door. We called Matrix Locksmith since they service the building for year already, no need to set up an appointment! Came the same day as always did an excellent job. Great Services Deserves Kudos !

I usually do not leave reviews, do not have the time. this time I had to! Many thanks to Danny for making me a new car key for my Ford. I have lost my only car key in the mall called Matrix Locksmith Danny arrived quickly and made me the key within 20 min, and wasn't pricey at all , I was already thinking of towing the car to the dealer and was so upset I knew it might cost me fortune , the dealer and the towing, Good thing I reached the internet before I towed the car and learned that a locksmith could do it on the spot. I called Matrix Locksmith requiring one key that will work on all of my house doors, since I have 6 doors with key-hols , I needed to find a solution instead of carrying 6 keys, The locksmith came explained me that what I'm asking called a master key, one key that can open all the door, did a great job, must complement Danny the locksmith for his attitude! I contacted Matrix Locksmith based on recommendation of a coworker, I was looking to upgrade my front and back door locks, and now is the perfect time to so before the winter arrives. Danny came explained us our options, based on our budget and other queries we decided to purchase the Medeco, he provided us with the lock and the installation, the installation was very professional , also adjustments needed to be done on the door , now both of the door has high security very good looking lock, also adjusted the doors and they closed even better than before. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional locksmith.

I had Matrix Locksmith at my sisters house a while ago, the locksmith did an amazing job with decent pricing, got their number and set up an appointment. First impression was great the locksmith was very professional, he changed our front door lock to an high security lock with special key system, also install a doorbell since the one that I had didn't worked. Also he installed a doorknob at my bed room with a key hole so I could lock my bedroom when needed , the job done in a very professional way, clean installs. Will be calling again if needed.

I have spoken to several locksmith companies and eventually I decided to go with Matrix locksmith since they were very clear with their pricing over the phone, Helen was very helpful gave me an estimate for the lock change,the locksmith came on time and changed the lock , gave me the invoice as quoted no surprises!
