This email is regarding technician Doug Manning of Home Hardware Pest Control.

Doug has been servicing the cafe that I been managing for the past year and a half. He has been providing excellent customer care and support. During this time, he has provided many solutions to small issues that have been economically and practical. The knowledge that he has shared, whether it was safety regarding specific chemical components used or signs to look out for in pest control, has been extremely helpful. Doug is quick to point out any maintenance issues relevant to pest control and never leaves without offering possible solutions to the issues.

Over the year and a half, Doug has been extremely professional, courteous and cares about his clients. He never leaves without ensuring every monitor has been checked or serviced. He always asks if there are any concerns and is quick with advice and always gives protective measures we can do at the cafe. Doug has made sure that we are taken care of and that if we need him he is available to assist us (luckily, he has done such a great job that we have never needed to use his services outside the monthly checks).

Lastly, I would just like to state how wonderful Doug is. He goes above and beyond to make us feel special and there is a big comfort in knowing that if anything ever arose that Doug would be there to help us. I am so confident in his ability that I have recommended him to friends and family if they ever have issues.

Home Hardware Pest Control is a lifesaver! I found a bedbug in my living room - I was so upset and freaking out, so I called Home Hardware Pest Control and they immediately began to calm me down and educate me about the situation I was facing. They offered me a few options for treatment. I chose to have the K9 Detection dogs confirm the area or areas in my home which had bed bug activity. It was amazing to see the dog in action and then the second dog confirm what the first detected. The K9 dogs detected two rooms only in my house with bed bugs present, therefore I only had to prep for the treatment of these areas and around. This saved me days of work not having to turn my 4 bedroom, 4 story house upside down. The treatment was scheduled immediately and the K9 dogs came back 21 days later to detect if there was still bed bugs present! The K9 dogs discovered that the treatment from Home Hardware Pest Control succeeded in eliminating my bed bugs! I was so relieved, Thank you Home Hardware for your expertise and professionalism!

To whom it may concern,

I heard noises in the attic and called Home Hardware Pest Control. Julian came to our house and after inspecting our attic and exterior, he determined it to be a raccoon. Julian was very professional and understanding of our concerns, not only was he able to help us get rid of the raccoon asap but he was able to repair the hole where the raccoon entered so this would not happen again. Thank you for your hard work and understanding to our concerns. I will recommend Julian and Home Hardware Pest Control.

I found a bunch of black ants in my house in the middle of winter and called Home Hardware Pest Control.
Their technician, Doug returned my call promptly and came and inspected my home and informed me that I had carpenter ants.
After 2 treatments he was able to get rid of my pest problem.
I would recommend Home Hardware Pest Control to anyone looking for pest control services in their home.

Hello, I am writing to let you know how impressed we are with Julian Beauchamp. He helped us in the summer to remove the raccoons from our pool shed and he helped us this winter to remove the mice from our home. His knowledge is extensive and he is a real people person.
