Carefree Moving

Carefree Moving presented us with the most successful moving ever! It's been performed by the small group of three movers. These were moving our two bedroom apartment from the 9th floor and moved it in three hours (we priory packed our stuff). It absolutely was an average moving but with a small detail. We got to grab my mother's cupboard en route to our new house. Our movers stood organized, they used all kind of interesting professional tools and the performance looked pretty exciting for us. They fulfilled our requests and our moving went easy. It was really a pleasure to work with this team. Thanks.

Our moving to Toronto could have been a lot more difficult without the help of professional movers. I'm very happy with my decision to hire movers and particularly Carefree Moving. They were a good team, very helpful, friendly and efficient. They did almost everything for us, plus are careful with things and the most important - trustworthy. We are happy with their services and would like to thank them once again.

I'll be brief. So, we’re happy about the service. These movers showed up as been appointed, quickly packed us and loaded. The only thing is that we've requested one large truck but got two middle-size trucks. Well, it didn't have any impact on the moving process and the company has warned us concerning this one day before moving. Carefree Moving is a good company and pleasant staff and I see no reason at all why not to use their services some when in the future.

I was terrifying even to think about my moving to Ottawa mainly because of those bad experiences I've heard from my friends. First, I thought to do it by myself, but I am a single women and its pretty difficult to do. A friend of mine suggested me this movers and I don't regret I 'd employed them. They teach me how to pack things properly and overall were very helpful. My moving didn't take so much time and I was just thrilled about this! Talking about prices, I think I would spend much more if decided to go by myself. Pretty fair prices and a very nice company.

This would be my first reviews about a service I've got and I am willing to publish it now because the service actually was outstanding. People I was dealing with explained me every detail of my approaching moving including payment, wrapping, moving stages and so on. So, I had been really confident about great end result. Their staff did for me wrapping (partially), they also took apart some of the home furniture to be safer to carry and also took off the ceiling a few of my chandeliers. All the stuff, especially gentle ones, have been perfectly packed and padded inside boxes and arrived as they are, without damages. It had been a pleasure to speak with the movers as well as with office representative and to conclude, my moving left pleasant memories.

I got their number from a friend and called them for a quote. I spoke with their sales rep. He offered me a very reasonable price and also visited my place to get the accurate idea of the nature of my move. We were moving to Toronto from Montreal and carefree moving was our mover. They have done everything necessary to ensure a timely and error free move. The hard work of our moving agent, their foreman and his team paid off when we received all the belongings in one piece and within the allotted time and within the quoted amount. It was really a great experience using carefree moving & storage.

I called CarefreeMoving two days before I needed to move and they were able to accommodate my request. They were scheduled to move me at 8:00 in the morning but my boyfriend told me that they showed at 7:30 just to find parking in my area. The move was quick and efficient. And their price was very reasonable.

An absolutely chaotic experience. Despite multiple phone calls, it took the movers upwards of 20 minutes to find the location (a large storage facility - not exactly hidden). At about 5 pm, after only a quarter of our belongings were transferred from the truck to our new apartment, they asked to store the truck overnight and come back in the morning (we refused). While half our belongings sat in an open truck, they spent an unreasonable amount of time (40 minutes) reassembling a simple bed. In order to save time, my husband ended up unloading the majority of the truck himself. I have never seen two individuals who required more smoke breaks. They ignored basic instructions on where to place furniture and boxes. We were not provided with the 'free' wardrobe boxes when we asked (or at all). At the end of the day, they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Overall, this was a wholly unsatisfactory experience which made our move unnecessarily stressful. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.

Once we planned our moving to Brockville, we already knew who'll probably be our mover. We've already used Carefree Moving service one time and definitely liked it that time. This time the moving crew performed the job perfectly as well. They are experts from the beginning to the end. They booked us immediately. We then had our moving team coming to pack the stuff. They carefully packed all things, applying lots of bubble wrap, paper, tape and boxes. Furthermore, we didn’t care for boxes since they had a lot and of different sizing with them. During the work our floors looked pretty messy, even though they covered it with runners. But by the end the movers cleared up everything around. All these happened during one day, we then went to Brockville by our car and another day the truck arrived with the stuff. What can I tell about these movers is that they tried their best to follow our agreement and almost did not go beyond time limits. The offered price we think was just awesome! We also got 10% discount as repeated clients.
