A couple of weeks ago we had a couple of really hot days and I noticed that my AC was not turning on. I reached out to Jack on a Saturday and he was extremely helpful in talking me through a few things to check out and if still not working, that he will order the appropriate part and be over on Monday. Jack showed up on Monday, talked me through the issues, made the repair and we were up and running and ready for the next heat wave. Really appreciated Jack's responsiveness and time he took to talk be through some things i could check and ensure i maintain throughout the season. Great service.

Started up my air conditioning unit a week ago when the temperature was good and found that the unit fan stopped working. I called up Direct Air Systems and was able to get same day service. Not only was Jack able to assess the problem immediately, but also had the parts available with him to fix it on the spot. Jack explained exactly what the problem was, as well as how he will fix it and what the cost will be. Jack was super friendly and respectful of covid-19 social distancing procedures.

I will definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone looking for HVAC repairs.
